Two of the biggest names in comedy will bring their talents to the 178th Erie County Fair this summer.

Comedians Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy will take the stage at the GUSTO Grandstand as part of the National Grid Concert Series on Monday, Aug. 14 (7:30 p.m.). Tickets for this double dose of comedic star power go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9.

"The Erie County Fair is very proud to bring Jeff and Larry's upcoming comedy tour to Western New York," said Erie County Fair CEO Dennis Lang. "When putting together our grandstand lineup, we look for ways to create new and exciting experiences. This show is sure to be a feel-good night of laughter and fun."

During this event, both comedians will deliver a laughter-packed evening of all new material before they come together on stage for an uproarious encore.

Foxworthy is one of the most respected and successful comedians in the country. He is the largest-selling comedy-recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy Award nominee and bestselling author of more than 26 books. As with Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy is a multiplatinum recording artist and Grammy nominee. He created The Git-R-Done Foundation, which was named after his signature catchphrase, and has donated more than $7 million to various charities.

Reserved seats will be $65, while general admission tickets are $55. Tickets may be purchased online via www.tickets.com, by phone at 1-888-223-6000, or in person at the Fairgrounds main office (from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
