The Grand Island Fire Co. was proud to act as honor guard in presenting the American flag at the Buffalo Bills-Arizona Cardinals football game at New Era Stadium Sunday, Sept. 25.

"This special assignment reflects the important role of first responders in going above and beyond their normal community protection duties," the GIFC said in a press release. "This fitting tribute was made even more memorable by a great Bills win of 33-18!"
