The Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum will host its annual Halloween "Spooktacular" party from 5:30-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at 180 Thompson Road, North Tonawanda.
"Spooktacular" is spook-free event that is suitable for even the youngest members of the family. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes. Featured will be games, crafts, snacks and, of course, carrousel rides. The outdoor Kiddieland Testing Park will be open (weather permitting) and members of In Jest Entertainment will perform a comedy juggling routine at 7 p.m.
Admission is $5 per person for carousel society members and $6 for nonmembers. Passes and coupons will not be accepted at the event.
