A year of top-notch entertainment continues at Seneca Resorts & Casinos, with a diverse lineup of new shows announced for both Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca.

Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino will celebrate the best in Native American music as host of this year's Native American Music Awards on Saturday, Sept. 17. Each year, the awards program features more than a dozen performances by some of today's leading Native American artists, along with 30 awards categories from every genre of music, including rock, pop, blues, hip-hop, country, new age and unique, distinctly indigenous music genres such as pow wow recording and Native American church music. Past honorees have included Robbie Robertson, Crystal Gayle, Rickey Medlocke and Nelly Furtado. Tickets start at $15.

After performances by Willie Nelson and Trace Adkins in September and October, respectively, Seneca Allegany continues to bring some serious country music heat with a pair of shows in November. "American Idol" winner Scotty McCreery will rock the Seneca Allegany Events Center on Saturday, Nov. 5, with the sound and energy that have earned him rave reviews from fans and industry professionals alike. His hits include "I Love You This Big," "The Trouble With Girls" and "See You Tonight" among others. Tickets start at $25.

Then, on Saturday, Nov. 19, the legendary Crystal Gayle returns to Salamanca. In a career that produced 20 No. 1 country hits, Gayle has soared to industry heights and earned multiple awards and honors. With her fourth album, 1977's "We Must Believe In Magic," she became the first female artist in country music history to achieve platinum album sales. The driving force of that album was the song that was to become her enduring signature song, the Grammy Award-winning single, "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue." Tickets start at $25.

The newly announced shows at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino are equally explosive. If you're looking for laughs, you won't have to look far when Lewis Black storms in the Seneca Niagara Events Center on Friday, Nov. 11. Known for his belligerent comedic style and rants, Black has consistently left worldwide audiences in stitches on his way to numerous industry awards. Tickets start at $35.

Finally, the intimate 440-seat Bear's Den Showroom at Seneca Niagara, one of the top live performance venues in the region, will host a string of shows throughout October and November, including: The Wailers (Oct. 28), Billy Ocean (Oct. 29), Rita Coolidge (Nov. 4), Robert Cray (Nov. 11), Pow Wow Comedy Jam (Nov. 18) and Jay White as Neil Diamond (Nov. 19).

Tickets for new shows go on sale at noon Friday, Aug. 19, and are available at select Seneca Resort & Casino retail outlets, online at SenecaCasinos.com and Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster locations or by phone at 800-745-3000.
