A major need for more women's health services in Niagara County has prompted Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center to hire more OB/GYN physicians and open a second facility.

The center's new office is called The OB/GYN Center at Summit and is located in Suite 650 at the Summit Healthplex, 6934 Williams Road, Wheatfield. Over the next few weeks, new full-time physicians will bolster the medical staff there and at the OB/GYN Center's Memorial Medical Center office to treat the growing number of women receiving care.

OB/GYN Center Clinical Coordinator Laura DeBacco-Malysza said demand for women's services has exploded and NFMMC has stepped up to the plate to provide the services women need to stay healthy.

"Women who live or work in LaSalle, Wheatfield, Lewiston, Sanborn and North Tonawanda are looking for an OB/GYN medical office that is convenient, knowledgeable and friendly, and NFMMC offices and staff provide just that," DeBacco-Malysza said.

Joining doctors Meaghan Aalto, Renee Baughman, Donna Feldman, Jayaselvi Kolli and Physician Assistant Laura DeBacco will be:

•Brittanny Jo Keeler, D.O., a graduate of Siena College and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Keeler completed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the State University of New York, Buffalo.

A member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Buffalo Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she was the 2015 recipient of the Shashikant Lele Excellence in Gynecologic Oncology Award.

•Hannah Bailey, M.D., a graduate of Miami Dade College and St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree.

Bailey completed her post-graduate residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Barnabas Health, Jersey City Medical, Jersey City, New Jersey, where she was chief administrative resident.
