Buffalo Sabres to sell autographed pucks, wear St. Patrick's Day-themed warm-up jerseys

The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will be selling St. Patrick's Day-themed pucks prior to their game against the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday, March 16, at First Niagara Center. All proceeds will go directly to the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.

The special pucks, which are signed by Sabres players, will be sold for $20 in the 100 Level concourse prior to the 7 p.m. game. Sabres' wives and girlfriends will be on hand to assist with the sale.

Also on March 16, the Sabres will wear green St. Patrick's Day-themed jerseys for warm-ups against Montreal. The jerseys will be auctioned off immediately following the game at auction.nhl.com with the auctions running until 9 p.m. March 27.

The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a New York State not-for-profit corporation, qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified as a public charity. The Buffalo Sabres Foundation was established in 1995 and reinvigorated in 2011 following the acquisition of the Buffalo Sabres by Terry and Kim Pegula.
