Empire State Development spokesman Jason Conwall and State University of New York Polytechnic Institute spokesman Jerry Gretzinger today issued the following statement regarding the status of the Riverbend project in Buffalo.
"The state is processing $82 million in payments for Riverbend, which is slated to be delivered to SUNY Poly and disbursed as soon as tomorrow, Tuesday, March 1, 2016. All stakeholders have been alerted and this action will bring payments current. The project is slated to open on time and on schedule in the third quarter of 2017."
