Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Easter floral sales benefit people with disabilities

Pre-orders are due March 2 for Easter arrangements from the Niagara Floral Center and Greenhouse of Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara. Items range from $10.99 for lilies to $20/$25 for basket of tropical plants with trim to $25/$30 for a basket of fresh flowers.

Order with credit cards online at http://www.opportunitiesunlimited.org/greenhouse/store or 716-504-2617, ext. 244. Pick-up March 18 or 19 in Wheatfield (2510 Niagara Falls Blvd.) or March 18 in Lockport (107 Heath St.).

All sales support programs for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities through the Niagara Floral Center and Greenhouse of Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, a full-service horticulture therapy and vocational training program.

OUN said working with plants promotes dexterity, enhances motor skills and develops socialization.
