Renowned chef Lorena Garcia visits, plus, host Bob Harper introduces 'Last Chance Challenges'

Back-to-back episodes of 'The Biggest Loser: Temptation Nation' on Monday, Jan. 11 (9-11 p.m. ET), will feature contestants facing their toughest temptation of all, team trouble for one trainer and healthy cooking with acclaimed chef Lorena Garcia.

Both one-hour episodes feature contestants facing their biggest temptation and the one that brought them to "The Biggest Loser" ranch: food.

In the first episode at 9 p.m., host Bob Harper meets the players at a food court, where they must rely on their newfound nutrition knowledge to win a trivia challenge about unhealthy food. The winning team gets to choose a big advantage on the scale: getting to choose a player from the opposing team to sit out at the weigh in. Later, contestants meet Dr. Huizenga at a medical research facility for a sobering look at how the food choices people make can mean the difference between life and death. And one trainer struggles to bond with their team, creating drama and tension in the house that reaches a critical point.

The second episode airing, at 10 p.m., kicks off with a tense, emotional confrontation between trainer and team to try and resolve the issues that have divided them when they need more than ever to be bonded together. Later, the contestants compete in a crazy challenge that involves pulling food trucks. The team that wins gets a crash course in healthy cooking and eating from popular chef Garcia, while the losing team has to eat from the food trucks, a challenging task requiring them to resist temptation and choose wisely from the limited healthy food choices.

Then it is time for Harper to introduce a new segment this season - "Last Chance Challenges." Every few weeks, he will return to his element and surprise contestants with head-to-head competitions inspired by his grueling "Last Chance Workouts" from seasons past. Players will row, run, bike and more for prizes that could change the course of the weigh-in - and the entire game.
