North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur G. Pappas, City Court Judge Shawn P. Nickerson, City Attorney Katherine D. Alexander, City Clerk-Treasurer Daniel R. Quinn, Common Council members Phillip P. "Russ" Rizzo, Catherine Schwandt, Robert E. Pecoraro, Eric Zadzilka, Donna L. Braun, along with Niagara County Legislators Richard L. Andres and Randy R. Bradt will take the oath of office at North Tonawanda City Hall Friday, Jan. 1. The oath of office ceremony will begin at noon with the master of ceremonies duties conducted by the Honorable New York State Sen. Robert G. Ortt.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony. Light refreshments will be served immediately following the event.
