Niagara Hospice will hold its annual "Light-a-Life" memorial tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, under the Dominic Lariccia Family Pavilion behind Niagara Hospice House, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport. Guests will enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides, entertainment by a local music group, hot chocolate and a coffee bar donated by Starbucks, followed by a non-denominational tree lighting service.
The community is invited to memorialize loved ones and have their names displayed on the "Light-a-Life" trees by calling Niagara Hospice at 716-280-0766 or by visiting the events calendar page at www.NiagaraHospice.org. Other commemorative memorial items are available for a small donation. Orders will be taken through Nov. 23.
