350 medical professionals to meet in Buffalo for education in bioscience and medical technology

MEDTECH 2015, the largest gathering of executives and senior leaders from New York's bioscience and medical technology industries, is taking place today and tomorrow at HARBORCENTER. Three hundred and fifty medical professionals will travel to downtown Buffalo to take part in innovative education sessions, focusing on the hottest trends in the industries.

"This year's annual conference is on track to perhaps be the best yet," MedTech President Jessica Crawford said. "With the help of HARBORCENTER's one-of-a-kind facilities, MEDTECH 2015 will certainly break the barriers of a traditional conference and will help build momentum in the bio/med industry in Buffalo, New York state, and the country as a whole."

MedTech selected Buffalo to host its premier event for several reasons, including the new investments in the city's downtown core, which have infused the area with activity from bio/med players on a global scale. The goal of this annual conference is to provide unparalleled educational opportunities on the hottest trends in the industry, while fostering invaluable network connections among attendees.

MEDTECH 2015 will be based primarily in the 205-room, full-service Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER. Keynote addresses will be delivered in First Niagara Center's Lexus Club and at (716) Food and Sport. The conference will also utilize The Rinks at HARBORCENTER for its tech showcase exhibits.
