Grandpaws Pet Emporium will host two adoption events this weekend at the corner of Center and North Fourth streets in Lewiston.
From noon until 4 p.m. Saturday, it will host, for the first time, Pets Alive of WNY. The organization will have several dogs and cats available for adoption, along with information on how to adopt, foster or volunteer.
From 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue will bring adoptable dogs and cats to Grandpaws. In addition, the group will have cute fundraising items for sale.
Both groups are volunteer- and foster-based. Even if you are not ready to adopt right now, stop by and say hello to these dedicated volunteers.
