Assemblyman John Ceretto, R-C-I-Lewiston, met with Julie Otto and Monica Daigler in Albany (pictured). The two women are advocates for home rule legislation, A06034, to allow the Town of Wheatfield to prohibit the storage of and use of anaerobically digested biosolids as fertilizer.

Ceretto drafted and sponsored legislation on behalf of the Wheatfield Town Board, which requested the legislation. He has been working with the Wheatfield Town Board and these advocates since the issue of biosolids spreading first arose.
