Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue at Eastern Hills Mall this Valentine's Day

Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue will be present with adoptable dogs from 11a.m. until 2 p.m. this Saturday, Feb. 14, for a Valentine's Day event at Eastern Hills Mall, 4545 Transit Road, Williamsville. The public is invited to come and meet these animals and to find out more about the adoption process, animal care and upcoming meetings and events.

Heart of Niagara is a not-for-profit companion animal rescue organization based in Niagara County whose mission is to protect the health and welfare of abandoned, unwanted and homeless animals. To date, volunteers have adopted out more than 275 animals. They operate solely on donations and the generosity and support of the public.

Volunteer meetings take place from 6:30-8 p.m. the second Wednesday of every month at First Presbyterian Church, 505 Cayuga St., Lewiston. Meetings are open to the public, and new volunteers are welcome.
