Empire State Development President, CEO and Commissioner Kenneth Adams today released the following statement congratulating New York state's 2015 Golden Globe Award winners:
"The Golden Globe Awards honor the very best in film and television, and it is my pleasure to congratulate New York state's winners - all of whom participated in the state's film tax credit program - on their extraordinary achievement. Since its inception, the film tax credit program has been a huge success, having attracted more than 1,300 projects to New York state that have ultimately created thousands of new jobs, generated billions of dollars in economic activity, and strengthened New York's reputation as the best place to film. I look forward to seeing the entertainment industry continue to thrive in the Empire State."
