Grisanti: As storm wanes, please respect driving bans

Dear friends,

I hope you and your loved ones are safe and sound after this massive snowstorm has finally passed.

This storm has ravaged Erie County and parts of the 60^th District. As help arrives from other parts of the state and the nation, here is some helpful information regarding the next few days:

•Please stay off the roads. As emergency crews begin clearing the roadways, it is important to not impede their work. Additionally, driving conditions are still very hazardous. Travel bans are still in effect for:

• City of Buffalo south of Genesee Street
• City of Lackawanna
• Village and Town of Hamburg
• Village and Town of Orchard Park
• Town of Brant
• Village of Blasdell

Do not hesitate to call your local police or fire department should medical issues arise.

Lastly, please check on your neighbors, nearby elderly, and please join me in praying for those lives lost and for their families.
