Thanks to a successful GardenFest this summer, three students have earned scholarships from the Lewiston Garden Club.

Above, from left, William Capton earned $1,000, which he will use to study aquatic sciences at SUNY Morrisville. He is pictured with his mother, Susan, and Lewiston Garden Club members Sharon Low and Barbara Carter.

Above, Aaron Lily is putting his $1,000 to good use at Niagara County Community College, where he is studying horticulture. He, too, is shown with Low and Carter.

Above, Liam Drennan, meanwhile, is using his funds to study environmental engineering at Clarkson University. He is pictured with Carter.

Each scholarship was funded with monies collected through the annual GardenFest.
