Tuesday, July 29

•100 block of Portage Road, alarm response at a business. All secure, call avoidable.

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, alarm response. Niagara County Sheriff's Office handled.

•South Fourth and Seneca streets, assist. LPD on location with village zoning officer.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Ridge and North Ninth streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Male (no age listed) arrested for operating while registration is suspended/revoked; facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation; and failure to use designated lane. Appearance and uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•South Fourth and Tuscarora streets, intoxicated persons. Patrol arranged for cab ride home.

Wednesday, July 30

•Creek and Swann roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 700 block of Ridge Road and the 2100 block of Langdon Road, separate alarm responses. Key holders on location, both secure; one response weather related.

•4700 block of Creek Road, one-vehicle injury accident. Statement taken; driver to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Vehicle towed; no hold. Report filed.

•Ridge and Creek Roads, suspicious person. Patrol reported all OK.

•900 block of Woodcliff Drive, Porter, agency assist. Patrol assisted with a reported fight.

•Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver eastbound. Vehicle GOA.

Thursday, July 31

•Locations at Bond Lake Park and in Lewiston Senior Center parking lot, reports of suspicious vehicles. Patrol found both locations OK.

•400 block of Church Street, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a shooter complaint. Negative results reported.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 35, with an active bench warrant for a violation of probation. Suspect taken to Lewiston Town Court and remanded to custody of NCSO.

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, missing person. Female, 59, listed as complainant and male, 38, reported as missing. NCSO ID unit working on case.

•100 block of South Eighth Street, check situation. LPD advised of Obama protestors near U.S. Post Office location. Subjects found to be on public/village property. All OK.

•Irving Drive, agency assist. LPD assisted NCSO on a vehicle/traffic stop-warrant execution. One male taken into custody; no further details.

•Garlow Road to Model City Road, reckless driver. Male, 62, taken home by patrol; vehicle secured.

Friday, Aug. 1

•700 block of Cayuga Drive, alarm response at a business. Patrol found building secure and unoccupied. Report filed.

•5000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, disturbing the peace. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police on a large party. Call handled; all OK.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 30, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, public lewdness. Male advised by patrol.

•900 block of Meadow Drive, mental health response. LPD assisted NCSO on call.

•800 block of Orchard Drive, fight. Patrol reported males involved were GOA; subjects left in vehicles.

•Indian Hill Road, reckless driver. Red vehicle involved was GOA.

•David Lane, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported vehicle as white Tahoe; GOA.

•Swann Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Dirt bike/four wheeler involved. Parties advised.

•1100 block of Cleveland Avenue, Niagara Falls, arrest. Male (no age listed) arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance, third. Suspect remanded to custody of Niagara Falls Police Department without bail.

•1100 block of Jarrett Drive, shooter complaint. No further details.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, mental health response at a business. Male, 31, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Lower River Road, suspicious item. Patrol reported .22 cal. bolts in roadway.

•100 block of North Water Street, hit-run accident involving three vehicles. Male, 25, listed as driver No. 1 issued uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court for leaving the scene of an accident. Report filed.

•400 block of North Fourth Street, fireworks complaint. Male, 60, listed as complainant. Suspect unknown.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, mother-son domestic. Male, 30, and female, 49, listed as persons involved. Female reported as highly intoxicated and making threats to harm herself and others. Mental health response initiated by Tri-Community ambulance and female taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•100 block of South Water Street, agency assist. LPD on location with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol for an intoxicated male. Subject taken to nearby hotel; call handled.

•2700 block of Ridge Road, assist citizen. Female, 53, listed on call.

•Washington Drive, accident/animal. Patrol reported raccoon was dispatched following accident with vehicle.

•1800 block of Langdon Road, order of protection violation. Male, 24, listed as complainant. Report filed.
