Old-fashioned family fun

The Buffalo History Museum announces its second annual antique and classic car show will take place Sunday, Aug. 3, from noon until 4 p.m., at One Museum Court (Elmwood avenue and Nottingham Terrace). The rain or shine festivities will showcase prized autos and feature free admission to the museum, free mini-tours, grilled food, award presentations, prize give-a-aways, and an "oldies hit parade."

Nalina Shapiro from WIVB News Channel 4 will host the awards ceremony portion of the event. New this year is a "Made in Buffalo" section featuring a 1936 Pierce Arrow Coupe.

To register a car, call 716-818-8143.
