The Lewiston Council on the Arts will join the festivities at the 24th annual Olde Sanborn Days Arts & Crafts Show Saturday, July 12 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and Sunday, July 13 (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Enjoy the charm of this old-fashioned country fair and craft show, which has plenty of activities and demonstrations for the entire family.

The LCA is proud to partner with the Rotary Club of Niagara County Central to present a weekend residency for chainsaw sculptor Aya Blaine, who hails from Japan and is a member of the Chainsaw Chix, an international team of female performance carvers affiliated with Masters of the Chainsaw. She has won critical acclaim for her beautiful carving style in numerous competitions. Blaine will take a three-foot-tall log and sculpt it into something lifelike.

The festivities are sponsored by the Rotary Club of Niagara County-Central. Olde Sanborn Days is free to the public. It is located at the Sanborn Firehall grounds on Route 429 near the intersection of Route 31.
