The following activity occurred Monday, Dec. 23, to Sunday, Dec. 29, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 189 response calls during this period.

Monday, Dec. 23

•Fourth and Center streets, two-vehicle property-damage accident. Village of Lewiston garbage truck, parked, struck by a vehicle. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•900 block of James Drive, citizen assist. Fallen tree on homeowner's yard from a neighboring property. Patrol to notify property owner.

•700 block of The Circle, domestic. Male and female, ages 47 and 41, along with two juveniles listed as persons involved. Report filed.

•500 block of Greenfield Drive, check welfare. Patrol reports gaining entry and finding a female, elderly, on the floor. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Report filed.

•4400 block of Dickersonville Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 47, who reported a 1999 GMC Yukon was stolen overnight. Plate number logged; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a MVA.

•Garlow and Upper Mountain roads, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Two males, ages 22 and 22, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Suspects released appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4700 block of Military Road, burglary at a business. LPD on location to assist State Police. Door reportedly kicked in.

•700 block of Thornwood Drive, open garage door. Property secured; all appeared OK.

Tuesday, Dec. 24

•Locations on the 5200 block of Fort Gray Drive and on the 5300 block of Annover Road, separate reports of downed wires in a yard and on the road. Patrol notified National Grid.

•5800 block of Ward Road, burglary at a business. Male, 49, listed as a victim; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•5800 block of Military Road, criminal mischief at a cemetery. Male, 62, listed as a victim; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, accident/minor injury. Statements taken from driver and two listed as persons involved. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•2700 block of Albright Road, check welfare. Male, 19, listed. All OK.

•2700 block of Albright Road, domestic. Female, 54, and male, 19, listed as persons involved. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, harassment/neighbor problem. Female, 57, listed as complainant and male, no age, as a suspect. Suspect refused to answer the door. No charges.

•500 block of Tuscarora Street, suspicious vehicle. Handled by patrol; all OK.

•200 block of Niagara Street, two-vehicle property-damage accident. Statements taken; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4600 block of Model City Road, check welfare. All OK.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. LPD assisted State Police; parties separated.

Wednesday, Dec. 25

•5100 block of Walmore Road, domestic. Female, 22, listed as victim and male, 48, listed as a suspect. Victim stated that suspect had scratched her on the face; suspect GOA. Patrol advised the victim to return for a deposition when she is sober.

•1100 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Male, 52, listed as complainant and male, 46, listed as a person involved. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, follow-up. Handled by patrol.

•4500 block of Townline Road, alarm response. Property secured; all OK.

Thursday, Dec. 26

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, check welfare. Handled by patrol.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny at a business. Male, 37, listed as complainant and male, 52 listed as victim. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•200 block of North second Street, fraud. Female, 67, and male, 62, listed as complainant/victims. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, three-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; two vehicles towed, no injuries. Report filed.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person. Patrol advised party to leave. All OK.

•5300 block of Elm Drive, alarm response. Key holder responded; building secured.

•6800 block of Plaza drive, assist. LPD assisted State Police on an armed robbery call.

•300 block of Merrie Road, citizen assist. Handled by patrol.

Friday, Dec. 27

•400 block of Aberdeen Road, EMS response. Male slipped in driveway.

•800 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers. One vehicle towed and one female taken for treatment. Report filed.

•700 block of Powell Lane, alarm response. Key holder on location. All secure.

•Niagara University campus, harassment. Statement taken from female complainant, 42. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Garlow roads, reckless driver. Vehicle located on Garlow Road; all OK.

•Saunders Settlement and Townline roads, panic alarm at a business. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on location.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, hit-run accident. Statement taken from one driver; other vehicle gone on arrival. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, found property. Female, 22, listed; passport found.

•800 block of Center Street, property-damage accident. Statements taken from drivers; report filed.

•Addresses on the 4500 block of Washington Drive and on the 400 block of Onondaga Street, separate check welfare calls. All OK at both locations.

Saturday, Dec. 28

•5800 block of West Street, open door. Building secured; all OK.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, alarm response. Homeowner on location; all OK.

•800 block of Center Street, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

•5000 block of Sweet Home Road, assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police for a domestic. All OK.

•800 block of Balmer Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a shooter complaint. Homeowner advised about shooting near a residence. Call handled.

•400 block of Barton Drive, follow-up. Residents reported footprints in the backyard and trespassing. Suspects.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, animal/neighbor problem. Barking dogs handled by patrol and DCO.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male driver, 23, released on unspecified uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court.

•Upper Mountain and Green roads, reckless driver. Two vehicles travelling at high rate of speed. Patrol unable to locate.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, loud party. Handled by patrol.

Sunday, Dec. 29

•700 block of Fairchild Place, animal problem. Loose dog secured by SPCA.

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge, agency assist. LPD on location with Canada Border Services. Call handled.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. LPD assisted NCSO on call. All OK.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious vehicle. All OK.
