Buffalo's internationally acclaimed Castellani Andriaccio Guitar Duo is presenting a free performance at noon today in the Roswell Park Cancer Institute lobby, Carlton Street at Elm Street, Buffalo.
Joanne Castellani and Michael Andriaccio are noted recitalists, orchestral soloists, and teachers. They serve as the artistic directors for the biennial JoAnn Falletta International Guitar Concerto Competition, and are the founders and owners of the Fleur de Son record label. The Duo is also featured on the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra's Classic Christmas concerts on Dec. 6 and 7.
The event is part of RPCI's "Music in the Lobby" program, through which 165 different performers give approximately 1,300 performances for Roswell Park patients, visitors and staff.
