The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 26, to Sunday, Nov. 3, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 95 response calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 28

•Cayuga Street, village DPW, suspicious person. Male collecting empty cans; all OK.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, larceny. Male, 61, reported a lawnmower was taken from the property sometime over the last seven years. Report filed.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health response. Male, 21, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Three rifles reported seized.

•5100 block of Walmore Road, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 34. Report filed.

•Niagara University, drug offense/arrest. Patrol, on a complaint from NU Campus Safety, reported the arrest of a male, 19, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Patrol reports 18 grams of marijuana was seized along with other drug paraphernalia. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Patrol reports its investigation as continuing for criminal sale. Report filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 29

•700 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reported graffiti damage. Owner of property not on location. Investigation to continue.

•Locations on the 4000 block of Dickersonville Road, the 100 block of North Third Street, and the 400 block of River Walk Drive, separate alarm responses. All locations secure.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, suspicious person. Caller reported a male and female taking items from a trailer. Patrol unable to contact rightful owner. Patrol to follow-up.

•900 block of Center Street, pedestrian accident. One party taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Report filed.

•Lower River Road, reckless driver. Vehicle located at residence.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person. All OK.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

•800 block of Oriole Lane, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; report filed.

•5800 block of Ward Road, officer requested/neighbor problem. Female, 47, and a male, 53, listed on call.

•Center Street, suspicious person. Gone on arrival.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, check welfare. Male, 16, reported as screaming and out of control.

•Bronson Drive and Upper Mountain Road, suspicious vehicle. Male, 17, arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. LPD K-9 search conducted on vehicle. Report filed.

Thursday, Oct. 31

•800 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Male advised.

•Bronson Drive and The Circle Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 41, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Driver released on appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Tuscarora roads, property-damage accident. Statement taken from the driver. Vehicle extricated from a ditch; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

Friday, Nov. 1

•100 block of South Water Street, fire alarm at a bar/restaurant. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location. All OK.

•NU campus, O'Shea Hall, intoxicated persons (separate responses). Male and female both taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Co. for treatment.

•200 block of South First Street, transformer down. National Grid notified.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, dispute. Male, 21, listed as victim/person involved and male, no age, listed as a suspect. Handled by patrol.

•4700 block of Creek Road, assist Crisis Services. Handled by patrol.

•5300 block of Chew Road, officer requested. Possible larceny reported; missing jewelry returned.

•Robert Moses Parkway, reckless driver. Vehicle reported travelling southbound in northbound lane. GOA.

Saturday, Nov. 2

•4700 block of Witmer Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 28, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5800 block of Ward Road, loud music complaint at a bar/restaurant. Patrol advised.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. Party transported for treatment.

•5000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, fire/assist. Patrol assisted Town of Niagara Police Department. Patrol reported arrests of two males, both 21, from the incident. Charges include resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, second-degree. Appearance tickets issued to both for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Fox Avenue/Military Road, intoxicated driver. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 21, for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .21 of 1 percent. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed.

•Black Nose Spring Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol sent on its way.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 35, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree. Bail of $100 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge/I-190, arrest. Female, 50, arrested for being an unlicensed operator. Bail of $250 assigned and suspected remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•Lewiston Road/I-190, property-damage accident, arrest. Male, 42, arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, plus other vehicle/traffic charges after failing field sobriety tests. BAC testing performed at State Police Substation Niagara; BAC result, .32 of 1 percent. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

Sunday, Nov. 3

•300 block of South Seventh Street, loud party. Handled by patrol.

•NU campus, intoxicated person. Unidentified subject taken via Upper Mountain EMS to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•300 block of North Eighth Street, father-son domestic. Male, 16, listed as victim; male, 49, listed as suspect; and female, 53, listed as a person involved. Upon investigation, male suspect arrested for criminal obstruction of breathing and assault, third-degree following a physical altercation with the male, 16. The suspect was under the influence of alcohol and located at a nearby sportsmen's club. The victim was taken by Lewiston No.1 EMS to Mount St. Mary's for minor injuries. Appearance tickets issued to the suspect for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, disturbing the peace at a bar/restaurant. Call handled by patrol.

•400 block of Dutton Drive, domestic. Male, 46, and female, 50, listed as persons involved. Parties separated; report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency complaint. Male, 57, listed as person involved. Currency logged into evidence.

•2800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, custody problem. Male, 35, listed as complainant. Ex reportedly failed to bring child for visitation. Report filed.
