Lewiston Police Blotter for Oct. 26, 2013

The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 14, to Sunday, Oct. 20, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 78 response calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 14

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, use of stolen credit card. Statement taken from a female, 24, regarding use of said card at a gas/convenience business. Investigation to continue.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted party. Intoxicated female to leave for the night. All OK.

•4800 block of Kline Road, criminal mischief. Patrol reports finding an open door and extensive damage to a vehicle at said address. Incident turned over to Town of Niagara Police Department.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, property damage accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, missing person. Statement taken from a female, 53 regarding a juvenile. Patrol reported missing juvenile was located. Report filed.

•400 block of Cherry Lane, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 74, regarding an incident that occurred a month ago. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•400 block of Onondaga Street, open burn complaint. Handled by patrol.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, criminal mischief at a business. Statement taken from a male, 53, regarding a juvenile suspect. Report filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield High School, harassment complaint. Female, 17, listed as a victim and female suspect, 17, placed under arrest. Suspect released on appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court.

•Garlow and Stolz roads, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with both parties; all OK.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Female, 42, listed as victim and male, 42, listed as suspect. Parties separated. Patrol cleared with domestic incident report.

•South Eighth Street, suspicious male. Patrol spoke with a male, 52, regarding him speaking with area children. All OK.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, hit-run property damage accident. Patrol spoke with a witness; negative results on vehicle.

•Bond Lake, suspicious vehicle. Uniform traffic tickets, unspecified, issued to driver, unidentified. Plate number logged.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with complainant; party GOA. All OK.

•Saunders Settlement Road, found property. Female listed; Discover Card found.

•1900 Saunders Settlement Road, one vehicle accident. Patrol reported citing a male, 20, on charges of speed not reasonable or prudent and failure to use designated lane. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Driver also found to have an active warrant from Niagara County Sheriff's Office and remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 20, from an earlier larceny on a charge of grand larceny, fourth. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned, and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO/Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, burglary in progress/trespass complaint. Female, 24, listed as victim and female, 29, listed as a suspect. Suspect reportedly fled in a light blue Chevy pickup. Pursuit ended in a field off of Chew Road. Trespass and criminal mischief charges pending.

Thursday, Oct. 17

•1000 block of Swann Road, attempt to locate. Missing female from Ohio listed; no further details.

•5400 block of Walmore Road, recover vehicle/no plate. Patrol reported recovery of a 1989 Chevy blue pickup from Susies Lane burglary in progress/trespass. Vehicle towed with hold placed.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, suspicious person. Caller reported two males cutting a lock on a trailer. Upon patrol's interview both males found to be the property owner.

•Lewiston and Military roads, two-car injury accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no further details.

•Bond Lake Park, suspicious vehicles (two calls). First response, patrol advised all parties to leave. Second response, plate number logged and call handled by patrol.

Friday, Oct. 18

•Niagara University, Clet Hall, EMS response/check welfare. Female taken for treatment by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co.

•5600 block of Townline Road, burglary. LPD assisted State Police on call.

•2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person. Handled by patrol.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, burglary. Female, elderly reported money and jewelry taken from home.

•100 block of North Water Street, criminal mischief. Male, 43, reported damage to a sign at a business.

•100 block of South Water Street, civil issue at a business. Call handled.

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, suspicious person. Male, intoxicated, found in front yard of property taken to NU campus.

Saturday, Oct. 19

•4800 block of Meyers Hill Road, shooter complaint. Area checked with negative results.

•2500 block of Lower Mountain Road, Bond Lake, AED response. Male with chest pains became combative with EMS and patrol. Subject taken by family to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•Center and North Eighth streets, accident injury. Statements taken from both drivers; Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location. Both vehicles towed. Report filed.

•EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital, agency assist. Male from Bond Lake AED response combative with staff. Call handled by patrol.

•5700 block of Willow reek Road, domestic. LPD assisted NCSO; all OK.

Sunday, Oct. 20

•NU campus, O'Shea all and Seton Hall, two responses, intoxicated persons. Female and male, both 17 and intoxicated, taken to EM-Star for treatment.

•800 block of Center Street, fight/assault at a bar/restaurant. Victim left scene prior to patrol's arrival. No charges on follow-up.

•2800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, custody problem. Male, 35, listed as complainant. Report filed.

•1500 block of Swann Road, shooter complaint. Call handled by patrol.

•Bond Lake Park, suspicious vehicle. Male 17, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Suspect released on appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal trespass. Female, elderly listed as complainant and male, 28, listed as suspect. Report filed.
