Mount St. Mary's Hospital will conduct its fourth annual "CardioCraze" on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 8-11 a.m. at Academy Park in the Village of Lewiston.

Designed around an approximately two-mile wellness walk that incorporates Artpark, the neighborhood streets of the village, and Center Street, the event is a fundraiser for The Cardiac Center at Mount St. Mary's. The day will open with registration and morning refreshments courtesy of Tim Hortons at 8 a.m., and the wellness walk beginning at 9:05 a.m. Interested walkers are encouraged to register by Sept. 5. Anyone with $20 or more in donations will receive a free T-shirt.

Food and refreshments will follow the walk, courtesy of various businesses and vendors. Children's activities will be held throughout the morning, and the wellness walk will conclude with a special dog show and contest - so bring your four-legged friend with you for the walk.

Sponsors include Frontier Industrial Corp, Medtronic, HEALTHeLINK, ChrisFit, Phillips Lytle LLP, Tim Hortons and Modern Corp. Special thanks goes to the Village of Lewiston and Artpark for cooperation.
