The following activity occurred Monday, May 20, to Sunday, May 26, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 95 response calls during this period.

Monday, May 20

•500 block of Irving Drive, domestic. Female, elderly, listed as a victim and female, 54, listed as suspect. Investigation to continue.

•4500 block of Porter Center Road, unattended death. Female, elderly, listed.

•Locations on Upper Mountain Road at the I-190, and on Center and North Ninth streets, separate two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

•North Sixth and Onondaga streets, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

•Saunders Settlement and Tuscarora roads, check welfare. Caller reported a male walking in area; no problems found.

•400 block of Main Street, Youngstown, intoxicated person. No further details.

•400 block of River Walk Drive, suspicious person. LPD K-9 Unit on scene, negative results reported.

Tuesday, May 21

•4600 block of Creek Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a female, 32, regarding a male, 30.

•LPD office, harassing phone calls. Statement taken from a male, 27; suspect unknown.

•Ridge Road and Robert Moses Parkway, suspicious person. Subject GOA.

•5700 block of Kline Road, officer requested. Possible open burning in woods.

•Ransomville Road, reckless driver. Caller reported a red Ford heading southbound. Negative results by patrol.

•200 block of South First Street, check welfare. Male in question located at Devil's Hole; all OK.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, disturbing peace. Patrol spoke with homeowner; all OK.

Wednesday, May 22

•2400 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, domestic. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Domestic incident report filed by NCSO.

•Elm Drive, domestic. Female, 40, listed as a victim and male, 52, listed as suspect. Patrol reported harassment, second, charges filed through Lewiston Town Court and warrant in effect.

•I-190, Grand Island, warrant execution. Warrant executed on male suspect in above call. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court; order of protection issued and suspect released on $500 bail.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, unattended death. Male, 58, reported not seen for a week located by property manager. Niagara County coroner on location and secured body. Report filed.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check situation/officer requested. Patrol spoke with a male, 50, concerning a vacant house next door.

•Model City Road, Modern Disposal, structure fire. Extensive damage reported to recycling facility. Lewiston No. 1, Upper Mountain, Youngstown and Ransomville volunteer fire companies on location. Report filed.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, citizen assist. Patrol spoke with female who was irate over not being informed of a fire at Modern Disposal. Patrol advised the woman. Report filed.

•Lower Mountain and Myers Hill roads, ATV problem. Caller reported a dirt bike with its lights off driving in and out of traffic. Vehicle GOA.

•5800 block of West Street. Check welfare/mental health response. Statement taken from a female, 16, listed as complainant who reported her ex-boyfriend was making threats to kill himself. Juvenile taken to unnamed hospital via Rural Metro Ambulance.

Thursday, May 23

•400 block of Center Street, theft of services complaint at a bar/restaurant. Male, 49, listed as person involved. Patrol reported a party refused to pay; complainant not on location, no charges.

•4900 block of Hillview Court, suspicious person complaint. Patrol located a female, 46. All OK; subject staying at another address.

•Buffalo Street, Sanborn, vehicle/traffic checks. Patrol reported an number uniform traffic tickets issued to motorists during "Operation Seatbelt" enforcement.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, fraud. Male, 55, reported receiving a false lottery award letter. Investigation to continue.

•900 block of Oxbow Lane, open burn complaint. Patrol spoke with the complainant, located the fire and advised a homeowner on Baker Drive. Fire extinguished.

•1000 block of Swan Road, Fatima Shrine, suspicious person complaint. Patrol located a male, 50. All OK; subject was leaving following prayers.

•5300 block of William Street, check situation. Patrol located a male, 22 who was upset with an ongoing custody problem.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 41, arrested for operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•Chew Road, vehicle fire/stolen vehicle/ Rightful owner notified; LPD worked with Buffalo Police on investigation. Vehicle towed with hold. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, alarm response at a restaurant. LPD assisted state police; building secure.

Friday, May 24

•4400 block of Creek Road, suspicious person. All OK.

•400 block of Plain Street, check welfare. Male elderly, referred to adult protective services. Report filed.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a harassment call.

•East Eddy Drive, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported an individual waving an airsoft pistol out the window. Patrol found all OK.

•4700 block of Porter Center Road, mailboxes struck. Suspect GOA.

Saturday, May 25

•RMP, assist. LPD on location with state police on a vehicle/traffic stop.

•1500 block of Swann Road, youths running through yards. Area checked with negative results.

•2000 block of Upper Mountain Road, agency assist. Suspicious person roadside; all OK.

•4700 block of Creek Road, domestic. All parties left the area.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, mental health. Patrol reported Canada Border Protection refused the party. Patrol and Rural Metro on location and waited for more than an hour. CBP advised on when to transport.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny at a supermarket. Suspect left with a large block of cheese. No report wished.

•5800 block of West Street, unattended death. Patrol spoke with a female, 68; male, 70, listed as victim. County coroner notified.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, shoplifting complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a male, 30; female, 22, listed as a suspect. Suspect released to parent on appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court.

•4600 block of Creek Road, neighbor problem. Handled by patrol.

•Saunders Settlement Road, separate vehicle/traffic checks. On first pullover patrol reported the arrest of a female, 52, for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while the registration is suspended/revoked. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Second pullover, male, 50, arrested for operating while the registration is suspended revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•Artpark, attempt to locate. Juvenile located. All OK. State Parks Police to do report.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, domestic. Female, 22, listed as victim and male, 21, listed as suspect. Domestic incident report filed per victim's request.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 21, from the above incident, who was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Suspect released on appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Sunday, May 26

•I-190 at Witmer Road, vehicle/boat fire. LPD assisted state police with traffic control.

•800 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Female reported damage to a mirror; suspect unknown.

•400 block of Church Street, Youngstown, domestic. LPD assisted Youngstown Police on call.

•2300 block of Balmer Road, fight/assist. LPD on location with NCSO; situation addressed.

•4000 block of Dickersonville Road, juvenile problem. Loud screaming reported; situation addressed.
