Cindy Repicci Romanowski, M.D., board certified rehabilitation specialist with the Joint Reconstruction Orthopedic Center, will be the featured speaker at a free seminar titled "Arthritis & Joint Replacement Surgery" at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at The McGuire Rehabilitation Center, at Northgate Health Care Facility, 7264 Nash Road, Wheatfield.
