Next season of "Food Network Star" currently in production with returning hosts/mentors Alton Brown, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay

"Food Network Star" season eight winner Justin Warner hits the road in search of unique culinary rule-breakers in the one-hour special "Rebel Eats," airing Saturday, March 30, at 10 p.m. on Food Network. Armed with $300 in his pocket, a beat-up car and a passion for unconventional food and eccentric people, Justin travels the back roads of the south to try everything from moonshine and bacon beer to barbecue in a jar and jelly fish pasta. Along the way, he meets the cooks and proprietors who, like him, march to their own beat through the world of food.

"Food Network Star's" ninth season is currently in production in Los Angeles, with culinary superstars Alton Brown, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay returning to the series. The new season is slated to premiere in June.

Known for his "Rebel with a Culinary Cause" point-of-view, Brooklyn's Justin Warner is the current "Food Network Star" winner. He distinguished himself with a witty on-camera presence and unique, edgy spins on every dish he created - all fine-tuned over the course of the series by his "Food Network Star" mentor, Alton Brown. Justin is a self-taught cook and owner/chef of Do or Dine, a Brooklyn restaurant that he and his partners built from the ground up. Originally from Hagerstown, Md., Justin began working in restaurants at just 13 years old and has knowledge of the industry that extends way beyond his years. His approach to food reflects his personality - edgy, intense, passionate and witty.
