The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 28, to Sunday, Feb. 3, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 96 response calls during this period.

Monday, Jan. 28

•Upper Mountain and Garlow roads, traffic stop/warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 29. Charges not listed. Patrol met with Amherst Police Department. Vehicle towed.

•Locations on Balmer Road and on Ridge Road, separate one-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from both drivers; vehicles towed. Report filed.

•900 block of Balmer Road, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a neighbor problem.

•1700 block of Mount Hope Road, assist. LPD on location with State Police and NCSO for a custody dispute/possible weapons. Report unfounded. Investigation conducted by State Police.

•4400 block of Townline Road, check situation. Patrol reported an elderly female involved. NCSO on location.

Tuesday, Jan. 29

•3800 block of Rhode Island Street, assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police Department. Patrol reported a 21-year-old female had cut her wrist and fled the area. Patrols located subject a short time later and transported her to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•2000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, civil issue. Patrol advised complainant on how to proceed.

•700 block of Upper Mountain Road, subpoena served. Male listed on call.

•700 block of Center Street, check situation at a pharmacy. Patrol spoke with a male, 44, regarding an unknown white female. Investigation to continue.

•100 block of South Seventh Street, check welfare. Female, 59, listed. All OK.

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, check welfare. All OK.

•Lewiston-Porter High School, suspicious vehicle. Plate number logged; all OK.

Wednesday, Jan. 30

•5300 block of Elm Drive, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located an open door on a vehicle and checked with resident.

•Mohawk Street at Kathleen Court, alarm response. Homeowner on location; all secure.

•2400 block of Ridge Road, property damage complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 65, who reported her mailbox was knocked down over night. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, check situation. Unruly patient at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Staff on location reported all OK.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, animal problem. Dogs running in roadway. Patrol checked; nothing showing.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 43, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Bail of $250/$500 assigned. Vehicle towed.

•5200 block of Chew Road, 911 hang-up/check welfare. Unable to locate caller; unfounded.

Thursday, Jan. 31

•Lewiston Road at Power Vista, one car accident. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•200 block of North Fifth Street, loud party. Area checked; all OK, call unfounded.

•1900 block of Lake Road, alarm response/open door. LPD on location with NCSO. Residence cleared and secured.

•Buffalo Street, Sanborn, reckless driver. Patrol checked area; negative results.

•300 block of North Second Street, open door. All appeared OK. No one home and no key holder. Door secured by patrol.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, criminal mischief to shed. Patrol spoke with a male, 44; suspect unknown. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 33, for operation while the registration is suspended revoked. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver. Negative results.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, agency assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a robbery in progress at a pharmacy.

•Niagara University, Gallagher Center, larceny. Female, 35, reported a wallet and all its contents taken from a locker. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road and University Drive, suspicious vehicle. Vehicle towed.

Friday, Feb. 1

•4400 block of Dickersonville Road, warrant execution. LPD on location to assist NCSO. One male taken into custody.

•400 block of Center Street, alarm response at a bar/restaurant. All OK.

•Dickersonville Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•2400 block of Ridge Road, animal problem. Caller reported 12 pigs and a dog in roadway. NCSO on location and handled.

•Locations on Garlow and Upper Mountain roads, the 5400 block of Walmore Road, on Printup and Chew roads and Upper Mountain and Walmore roads, reports of vehicles in ditches. Calls handled.

•4300 block of Calkins road, shooter complaint. Nothing showing.

•900 block of Center Street, AED response. Male, 16, complaining of chest pains taken to Mount St. Mary's by Lewiston No. 1 EMS.

•Ridge Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reported the arrests of three males, ages, 17, 16 and 15, from an incident involving a brick and a car window. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Twelve-hour hold placed on vehicle. No further details.

Saturday, Feb. 2

•300 block of North Seventh Street, mental health response. Male, 16, taken to hospital.

•NU campus, Clet hall, intoxicated female. Female, 19, taken to Mount St. Mary's.

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, attempt to locate. Patrol reported a vehicle in driveway; Niagara Falls Police Department notified.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health response. Female, 30, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Rural Metro. Report filed.

•Locations on the 5900 block of Military Road, at Military and Lewiston roads and on the 1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, separate reports of property damage accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; calls weather related. Reports filed.

•900 block of Swann Road, vehicle in ditch. Call involved a Town of Lewiston plow vehicle; other driver GOA.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny at a pharmacy. Patrol secured store video from an earlier incident as evidence. Female, 39, placed under arrest. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Sunday, Feb. 3

•700 block of Center Street, alarm response. All secure.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, possible burglary in progress. Patrol located a male operating a snow blower in driveway in the early morning hours. Subject advised of noise ordinance.

•Location not specified, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 45, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. Male, 18, taken to Mount St. Mary's by Upper Mountain.

•300 block of Carrollwood Drive, Youngstown, assist. Caller reported two suspicious males around a vehicle. LPD assisted NCSO on call; subjects GOA.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 24. Male, 28, listed as a suspect. Complainant observed the suspect remove a carton of cigarettes from the business. Patrol unable to locate suspect at this time. Photo evidence secured.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, neighbor problem. Neighbors reported as arguing over the use of an elevator. Resolved by patrol.

•Power Vista Drive and Hyde Park Boulevard, hit-run accident. Statement taken from one driver; patrol unable to locate second vehicle or rightful owner. Plate number logged. Report filed.

•600 block of Sara Court, hit-run accident. Patrol reported incident involved four vehicles. Driver No. 1, a female, 75, was located and issued uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court from the incident. Two vehicles towed; no injuries. Report filed.

•400block of Baker Drive, hit-run accident. Vehicle No. 1 unknown; vehicle No. 2 parked. No injuries or tows. Report filed.

•1300 block of Swann Road, burglary. Statement taken from a female; investigation to continue.
