Miss Carly Posa's first-grade students at St. Peter R.C. School visited Village of Lewiston business Enchanted Florist to buy Mother's Day presents. Students used their knowledge of business and communities to research how to buy and sell products. Each student had $1, which was presented to the sales associate at Enchanted Florist in payment for a carnation.
SPS extends a special thank you to owner Peter Tagliarini of Enchanted Florist and his sales associates for their generosity and kindness. The students had a wonderful time learning about money and business. Posa said, "We are very fortunate to be part of such a caring and generous community so our students can have experiences such as these.
