The following activity occurred Monday, April 30, to Sunday, May 6, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 81 responses during this period.

Monday, April 30

•200 block of South Second Street, call-in complaint, miscellaneous. A 35-year-old female listed as a victim and 35-year-old female listed as a witness both reported a 37-year-old male outside the victim's residence.

•Military and Annover roads, suspicious vehicle. Male listed as a person involved stated that he was scrapping metal. Patrol advised him to seek permission to do so in the future and the subject left without incident. Patrol cleared.

•500 block of Center Street, injured male. Subject taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Mount St Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•5300 block of Annover Road, open door. Patrol checked the residence and found all secure. Realtor contacted and advised of damage to rear door.

•2300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, hit-run. Male complainant stated a vehicle struck his leg and drove off. No treatment sought and complaint filed.

Tuesday, May 1

•5300 block of Williams Road, call-in complaint, harassment. Patrol interviewed a 64-year-old female. Female suspect identified; no charges. Report logged.

•900 block of Center Street, bad check complaint and petit larceny. Statement taken from a 54-year-old female. A female, 55, was listed as a suspect.

•Ridge Road and Robert Moses Parkway, reckless driver. Driver located on the 800 block of Center Street; no problems found.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. No further details.

•3100 block of Oak Avenue, Youngstown, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a report of a broken front door window at a residence.

•600 block of Lake Road, Youngstown, assist. LPD on location with NCSO and U.S. Border Patrol on a vehicle traffic stop. Negative results.

•1600 block of Ridge Road, loud party. Patrol advised to turn the noise down.

Wednesday, May 2

•4900 block of Indian Hill Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reports a 22-year-old male was turned over to custody of NCSO on a warrant execution. Charges pending per lab results. Investigation to continue.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, disturbing the peace. Complainant reported an individual operating power tools. Call unfounded.

•Location unspecified, officer requested, possible harassment. Patrol reported a 25-year-old female and a female, no age listed, on the call. Subjects advised that no crime had been committed.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 40, from the call. Plate information logged; no further details.

•Bond Lake, report of a campfire. Subjects advised to extinguish.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. Property secured and receipt issued.

•800 block of Escarpment Drive, one-vehicle accident. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Mount Hope and Garlow roads, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

Thursday, May 3

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, suspicious vehicle. Patrol spoke with the owner; vehicle to be removed.

4600 block of Creek Road, unwanted party. Patrol interviewed a female, 48, regarding two suspects, a male, 27, and female, 29. Partiers left the address; the female, 29, reportedly had an active warrant. LPD detained her, and the suspect was remanded to custody of State Police Niagara.

•2000 block of Ridge Road, larceny. Statement taken; investigation to continue. Report filed.

•3500 block of Porter Center Road, follow-up. Patrol on follow-up to an accident on the 700 block of Upper Mountain Road. Patrol reports uniform traffic tickets (Unspecified) issued to a male, 19. Vehicle secured.

Friday, May 4

•800 block of Center Street, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a 34-year-old male regarding a male suspect, 23. Suspect left without incident.

•5300 block of Bridgeman Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reports the arrest of a male, 27, on charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while vehicle's registration is suspended/revoked. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•600 block of Mountain View Drive, neighbor problem. Issue resolved by patrol.

•900 block of Center Street, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 55-year-old female on charges of petit larceny and issuing a bad check. Arraignment at Porter Town Court and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, three-vehicle injury accident. Statements taken from all drivers. Two drivers taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo. Two vehicles towed. Motor vehicle forms issued. Report filed.

•5400 block of Elm Drive West, ATV complaint. Patrol reported the arrest of a 40-year-old male for trespassing and being on the property.

•Center and North First streets, attempt to locate. Patrol reported negative results on its search for a gray four-door vehicle.

•100 block of Water Street, unwanted person. Patrol spoke with a male, 21, regarding a female suspect, 22. Female gone on patrol's arrival. No charges at this time.

Saturday, May 5

•5900 block of Kline Road, disturbing the peace. Residents advised about the noise.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Patrol reports a wooden barber pole, valued at $500, was taken. Report filed.

•Robert Moses Parkway, southbound. Accident. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle towed. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Female reported an antique table smashed with a pipe overnight. No report wished, extra patrols requested.

•Joseph Davis access and Lower River roads, reckless driver. Driver located and given a warning.

•4900 block of Black Nose Spring Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 36-year-old male who reported a male caller from a blocked phone number had been making sexual threats. No report wished. Patrol advised to contact service provider to block calls.

•Upper Mountain Road, reckless driver. Plate number logged; area checked with negative results.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, custody problem. Statements taken from a female, 49, and a male, 29. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, one vehicle accident/arrest. Patrol reports citing a male driver, 54, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Caller reported a vagrant inside was acting suspiciously. Subject left without incident.

Sunday, May 6

•800 block of Center Street, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old male for disorderly conduct. Appearance tickets issued to Lewiston Town Court and suspect taken home. Report filed.

•NU campus, O'Shea Hall, intoxicated male. Lewiston No. 1 transported to Mount St. Mary's.

•200 block of Adams Circle, criminal mischief. Male complainant reported broken glass, toilet paper and egged windows on the property. Juvenile suspects and their parents were on location cleaning up the mess.

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, domestic. Statements taken from a female, 18. Female stated that she and a male, 40, were in an argument, which led to her being slapped in the face, causing her glasses to break. No charges wished. Patrol remained on location while female's belongings were collected. Female to stay at a friend's house. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•2200 block of Lower Mountain Road, burglary in progress. Statement taken from a female, 74, regarding a male, 17, and a juvenile. Both males released to their parents.

•5700 block of West Street and Niagara/West Street area, ATV problems (two calls). Six ATVs fled into woods on first call. Area checked with negative results on second.

•Dickersonville and Lower Mountain roads, one vehicle accident. Statement taken from the driver. Fire hydrant reported damaged.

•Dorwood Park, Wilson, check welfare. LPD assisted NCSO on a domestic; mother and son were arguing. Patrol cleared.
