The following activity occurred Monday, April 9, to Sunday, April 15, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 83 response calls during this period.

Monday, April 9

•1400 block of Ridge Road, sex offense complaint. Statement taken; report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up-arrest. LPD reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male on the following charges: obstructing governmental administration, second degree; disorderly conduct; trespass and criminal mischief, fourth degree. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,500/$3,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Mayflower roads, reckless driver. Area checked for a Chevy Blazer with negative results.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, domestic. A 23-year-old male was listed as a suspect. Patrol spoke with both parties; all secure. Report filed.

Tuesday, April 10

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, accident with injuries. Patrol reported a 20-year-old female listed as the driver was arrested on the following charges: driving while intoxicated; failure to use a designated lane; and avoiding a traffic control device/intersections. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Driver taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo. Report filed.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, animal problem. Female complainant reports that two pit bulls knocked her off her bike. Owner retrieved dogs and put them back on a chain. Patrol cleared.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, EMS response. Patrol reported a child with burns on the legs was MercyFlighted to Women and Children's Hospital in Buffalo. Investigation to continue by NCSO.

•2200 block of Ridge Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken by a 63-year-old female complainant regarding a 30-year-old female listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, fight. Caller reported a fight in a lot behind the Sanborn fire hall. Patrol checked with negative results.

Wednesday, April 11

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. Patrol reported a 26-year-old male was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical center on a mental health response.

•Upper Mountain and Bronson roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, unwanted party. Male party left without incident.

Thursday, April 12

•Bond Lake, Warming House lot, suspicious vehicle. NCSO on location; no problems.

•Niagara University campus, report of fire at Bisgrove Hall. Upper Mountain and Lewiston No. 1 volunteer fire companies on location.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny at a supermarket. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male on a theft of razor blades. Suspect released on an appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a male juvenile. Suspect released to a parent on an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court.

•Robert Moses Parkway, southbound, intoxicated driver. Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old male on the following: driving while intoxicated; driving while ability impaired by drugs and related charges. Jail/bail of $250 assigned.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, juvenile problem. Patrol checked area on a report of juveniles smoking marijuana, with negative results.

•5500 block of Bridgeman Road, attempted burglary. Patrol interviewed a 71-year-old male who reported an unidentified suspect attempted to pry open a garage door. Extra patrols requested.

•Upper Mountain and Moyer roads, missing person/attempt to locate. Patrol spoke with a 63-year-old female regarding an elderly male in an 1999 Toyota Corolla. Subject located and searched called off.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 25-year-old male; charges not listed. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, check welfare. Patrol advised of a male smoking marijuana. Call unfounded; subject GOA.

•Black Nose Spring Road, check welfare/attempt to locate. Patrol reports a 23-year-old female was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Friday, April 13

•4900 block of Eddy Drive West, loud party. Handled by patrol.

•NU campus, separate reports of an intoxicated female and intoxicated male. No further details.

•NU campus, follow-up. Patrol reports issuing uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) to an unidentified driver from a previous incident.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 59-year-old male who reported a lawn chair set stolen. Suspects unknown. Report filed.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, burglary. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female. Patrol reported the arrests of two juvenile males, both age 16. Arraignment held at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and both suspects remanded to Niagara County Jail. Parents notified. Report filed.

Saturday, April 14

•Lewiston-Queenston bridge, male using improper ID. No further details.

•NU campus, check situation. Patrol reported an intoxicated female/overdose at Clay Hall. No further details.

•Virginia and 20th streets, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD assisted NCSO on a vehicle pursuit. Suspects fled. K-9 track conducted and later called off.

•5900 block of Ward Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported a 30-year-old male and an unidentified passenger were interviewed regarding an earlier, unspecified incident. Driver also arrested in the pullover and charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Arraignment held at Porter Town Court. Bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and driver remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•5000 block of Forrest Road, identity theft. Statement taken from a 26-year-old male. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Townline roads, DWI-vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 45-year-old female on the following charges: speeding in zone; driving while intoxicated; refusal of breath screening test; and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. Uniform traffic tickets issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured and driver released on her own recognizance. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, attempted robbery at a supermarket. Patrol listed a 43-year-old male as a suspect. Statements taken from witnesses and video footage and photo stills secured. Investigation to continue. Warrant requested.

•4400 block of Dickersonville Road, possible burglary in progress. Complainant and suspects interviewed. No charges; all secure.

•Location unspecified, arrest. Patrol reported the arrests of two males, both 18 years old, on unauthorized possession of marijuana charges. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and suspects released.

Sunday, April 15

•2200 block of Ridge Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 30-year-old female for second-degree aggravated harassment on follow-up to an earlier complaint. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and suspect released on her own recognizance. Report filed.

•LPD office, sexual assault complaint. Statements taken from two females, one age 15 and one 35 years old. Three males, one age 15, one age 16, and one age unspecified, were listed as suspects.

•5100 block of Walmore Road, harassment. Statement taken from a 66-year-old male. A 16-year-old male was with second-degree harassment. Bail of $200 assigned and posted.

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge, arrest. Statement taken from a U.S. Customs Border Patrol agent, resulting in the arrest of a 36-year-old male on charges of criminal possession/sale of marijuana. Bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.
