Readying for 'Dancin' 2012'

Students from the Lewiston Dance Center try on their costumes for the upcoming yearly revue, "Dancin' 2012" taking place this spring at the Niagara Falls High School Performing Arts Center. The students will get to showcase all of the skills and technique they have learned over the course of the year.

Dance Center Rachel Novelli reports that some of the students' families are trying to offset the cost of costumes with a first-ever fundraiser for the Lewiston Dance Center Family Booster Club -- "Spring Fling!" Everyone is welcome, Saturday, April 21 at the First Presbyterian Church of Lewiston (back entrance) 505 Cayuga St. The event goes from 11 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Novelli adds the group is still looking for vendors, volunteers and businesses to donate a basket or gift certificate.
