Erie County Sheriff's Office Report for Feb. 10, 2012

The Erie County Sheriff's Office reports its officers responded to 141 calls from Jan. 28 to Feb. 3. Below is a sampling of only those incidents the ECSO reported to the Island Dispatch.

Saturday, Jan. 28

•Grand Island Boulevard, injury accident - Patrol responded to an injury accident on Grand Island Boulevard involving two vehicles. Two subjects were treated for minor injuries.

Sunday, Jan. 29

•Baseline Road, injury accident - Patrol responded to an injury accident on Baseline Road involving two vehicles. One subject was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Monday, Jan. 30

•Blackmon Road, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle - A complainant stated that a known person had taken his vehicle without his permission. The deputies' investigation led to the arrest of a 40-year-old person from Grand Island for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree. The subject was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court.

•Grand Island Boulevard, theft of services - Following an investigation of a theft of services complaint, deputies arrested a 41-year-old man from Grand Island for theft of services. The man is accused of having illegally hooked up cable television for another individual. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Grand Island Court.

•Bedell Road, loud music - A complainant said loud music was coming from an apartment complex. Deputies were unable to locate any loud music in the area.
