The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 9, to Sunday, Jan. 15, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 75 responses during this period.

Monday, Jan. 9

•Joseph Davis State Park access road and Lower River Road, one vehicle rollover. Statement taken from the driver; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, trespass complaint. Patrol spoke with a 55-year-old male. Issue resolved by patrol.

•900 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident in a supermarket parking lot. Statements taken from the drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

•500 block of Morgan Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 57-year-old male. Unknown person gained access to a Capital One credit card. Report filed.

•Lewiston Hill Road/Creek Road Extension, reckless driver/property accident/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old male for driving while ability impaired/drugs. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $250/$500 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. MV forms issued; report filed.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

•700 block of Center Street, burglary complaint at a business. Statements taken from a 51-year-old male listed as the complainant and an 84-year-old male listed as a victim involved regarding a 25-year-old male suspect. A Hobart dough mixer was reported taken from the basement. Suspect taken into custody and arraigned at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, recovered property. Statement taken from a 52-year-old female. Patrol recovered what appeared to be a sweatshirt with blood on it. Report filed.

•600 block of Ridge Road, burglary report. Statement taken from a 39-year-old male who reported items taken from a vehicle in a garage. Report filed.

•800 block of Jefferson's Way, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a juvenile suspect. Parent contacted; report filed.

•2000 block of Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 29-year-old male for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail of $250 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of NCSO. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

Wednesday, Jan. 11

•400 block of River Mist, suspicious person. Caller reported two males walking in the area and acting suspicious. Patrol located two males ages 20 and 21 years old. The 20-year-old was arrested for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, suspicious persons. Patrol located two suspects who were attempting to cut off a catalytic converter from a vehicle in a used car parking lot. Patrol pursued two suspects in camo jackets and wearing helmets on an ATV north on Model City Road. Patrol lost the ATV in the woods between Model City and Porter Center roads. Converter was not taken from the vehicle. Owner of the parking lot and vehicles notified. Report filed.

•4700 block of Creek Road, two-car accident/arrest. Statements taken from both drivers. A 36-year-old female was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation; appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Uniform traffic ticket (unspecified) issued to the other driver. Report filed.

•Unspecified location, assist. LPD requested to assist NCSO on a vehicle pursuit. Patrol reports two male suspects took off from the 600 block of Chasm Avenue in Niagara Falls. LPD K-9 utilized to track the suspects to a building on Macklem Avenue. Building searched with negative results.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, one vehicle accident. Statements taken from the driver and property owner. Report filed.

Thursday, Jan. 12

•Upper Mountain Road at Bronson Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. UTTs, unspecified issued to a 24-year-old female who was then released. Report filed.

•300 block of Howard Drive, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a check welfare/possible overdose. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location to transport a 44-year-old female for treatment.

•4900 block of Ridge View Drive, assist. LPD on location with tax officials to assist in a repo of a vehicle.

•Ward Road, car-bus accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge Duty Free, larceny. Statement taken from a 45-year-old male; suspect unknown. Investigation to continue.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, Customs, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 47-year-old female from the above larceny complaint. Suspect taken into custody; report filed.

•North Fourth and Oneida streets, suspicious person. Intoxicated male reported staggering down the road. Patrol located and transported to a residence.

•600 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. Patrol reported a verbal argument over a custody issue. Parties listed as a 48-year-old male and a 44-year-old female. Both parties agreed to call it a night and go to sleep. Report filed.

Friday, Jan. 13

•4800 block of Eddy Drive west, loud party. Patrol spoke the resident and advised about the noise.

•Numerous reports of vehicles in ditches. Locations on the Robert Moses Parkway south, the 900 block of Ridge Road (two calls), Upper Mountain and Indian Hill roads, Indian Hill Road, Porter Center and Langdon roads, Creek Road (two calls), Chew Road (two calls), and Saunders Settlement Road. All calls addressed.

•Locations on the 1500 block of Ridge Road and on Mount Hope Road and Susies Lane, separate reports of two-car accidents. Statements taken from all drivers. No injuries or tow on first call; one vehicle towed on the second and no injuries. MV forms issued; reports filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, aggravated harassment. Statements taken from a 44-year-old female listed as the complainant and a 33-year-old male listed as a person involved. Male advised to cease contact or charges will be filed.

•LPD office, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 32-year-old female regarding a theft that occurred at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Taken was a cell phone/MP 4 player from a coat hanging on a rack. Report filed.

•1700 block of Swann Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 44-year-old female regarding a juvenile victim and a juvenile suspect and Facebook problems.

Saturday, Jan. 14

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's, unwanted party. Patrol advised that a 34-year-old male was banned from the hospital. Taxi contacted and male left with no further incident.

•Townline and Albright roads, vehicle in ditch. Vehicle removed.

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, juvenile problem. Male subject reported missing was located and returned home.

Sunday, Jan. 15

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. Patrol located a 24-year-old male listed as intoxicated. Taxi ride arrangement made.

•Unspecified location, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 47-year-old male for operating a motor vehicle after having consumed alcohol; driving with more than .08 percent of alcohol; driving while intoxicated; chemical test violations and second degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned and driver remanded to custody of NCSO. Vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed. Report filed.

•Creek Road Extension at Ridge Road, one vehicle accident/DWI. Patrol reported a vehicle struck a utility pole; driver not injured. Patrol also arrested a 22-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing conducted, BAC result, .17 of 1 percent. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets with return date for Lewiston Town Court to her mother. Vehicle secured; National Grid notified.

•Addresses on the 700 block of Cayuga Street and on the 700 block of Pletcher Road, mental health responses. Patrol reported a 55-year-old male and a 50-year-old female were taken by Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on separate calls.
