The following activity occurred Monday, Dec. 5, to Sunday, Dec. 11, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 80 responses during this period.

Monday, Dec. 5

•4900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, fight at a bar. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a fight call between a male and a female.

•4000 block of Creek Road, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a male; patrol's investigation to continue.

•600 block of North Ridge Drive, alarm response at an apartment complex. Building secure; cleaner on location.

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, assist. LPD on location for a vehicle/traffic stop-warrant execution.

•2000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, animal problem. Caller reported a large husky dog on the roof of a barn. Dog secured and town dogcatcher contacted.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 50-year-old female regarding a 70-year-old female. Suspect reportedly left harassing voicemails and placed multiple calls to the complainant's cell phone. Report filed.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

•Saunders Settlement Road and Buffalo Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a 17-year-old male and a 47-year-old male, stemming from a larceny complaint last month on the 400 block of Center Street. Both suspects turned themselves in. Arrest reports filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, Our Lady of Peace Nursing Home, larceny complaint. Patrol spoke with a 53-year-old male whose mother is a resident. Personal property reported missing. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, vehicle in ditch. Truck extricated with no damage.

Wednesday, Dec. 7

•200 block of Portage Road, check 911 hang-up at a business. Business closed and no key holder on site.

•Creek Road and Hillside Drive, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Vehicles secured and report filed.

•Location not specified, arrest on warrant. Patrol reported the arrest of a 46-year-old male; charge not specified. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court. Bail of $200 assigned and posted at court. Suspect released.

•Fifth Street, southbound, reckless driver complaint. Area checked with negative results.

•Lutts Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a roadside domestic. Officers reported three individuals in a vehicle and one female outside, all arguing. NCSO on location on a harassment response.

•700 block of Ridge Road, attempt to execute a warrant. Patrol reported negative results.

•300 block of North Fourth Street, check welfare. Female reported she saw a man running from her house. Patrol found no sign of anyone.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, domestic. Patrol spoke with a female regarding a male. Report filed.

•Black Nose Spring Road, check welfare. Complainant reports hearing a car crash. Patrol searched for a vehicle with negative results.

Thursday, Dec. 8

•Location not specified, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old male; charge not specified. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Report filed.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, check welfare. No one at residence.

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, missing vehicle. Statement taken from a 26-year-old female; investigation to continue.

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated 18-year-old female. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's, disorderly conduct female. Female OK when patrol arrived.

•NU campus, intoxicated 19-year-old male. Upper Mountain transported man to Mount St. Mary's.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old male for disorderly conduct. Bail of $100 assigned. Report filed.

•2700 block of Moore Road, open door. Patrol reported finding a door kicked-in in the garage. Patrol checked residence, all appeared OK. No power reported and water in the basement.

•Academy Park, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported the arrest of a 16-year-old male for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Suspect released to his parents.

•Ninth and Center streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•5400 block of Elm Drive, East, property damage. Mailbox damage by a construction vehicle reported. Supervisor notified and will replace.

•1100 block of Swann Road, loud party. Patrol spoke with a 44-year-old male regarding a 50-year-old male. Report filed.

•1000 block of Sweethome Road, check welfare/mental health response. Patrol reported a female went voluntarily to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•300 block of Roosevelt Avenue, suspicious vehicle. All OK.

Saturday, Dec. 10

•NU campus, intoxicated person. Patrol reported the arrest of an 18-year-old male for disorderly conduct. Bail of $100 assigned; report filed.

•Ridge and Cayuga streets, vehicle/traffic stop/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 35-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•NU campus, intoxicated male. Subject taken to Mount St. Mary's.

•Creek Road, northbound, reckless drivers. No plate number or descriptions given. Vehicles GOA.

•900 block of Center Street, assist. Patrol on location; Customs and Border Patrol reported a possible DWI in a supermarket parking lot. All found to be OK.

Sunday, Dec. 11

•Lewiston Road, one-vehicle injury accident/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, no age listed, for driving while intoxicated. Driver released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Lewiston and Military roads, vehicle/traffic stop. One vehicle towed; no further details.

•NU campus, custody problem. Patrol spoke with a 36-year-old male; report filed.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, structure fire. Two abandoned trailers reported on fire. Sanborn and Lewiston No. 2 volunteer fire companies on location.

•Ridge and Model City roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Unidentified driver cited for operating while the vehicle registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued. Vehicle towed.

•2000 block of Lewiston Road, alarm response. Residence secured by patrol.

•4700 block of Garlow Road, assist. Patrol on location with Town of Niagara Police for a domestic.

•1800 block of Ridge Road, attempt to locate juvenile. Subject located and returned home by NCSO.

•Water Street, boat dock area. Check area for possible hazard. Caller reported a missing grate/manhole cover. Village DPW contacted.

•2100 block of Swann Road, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a 51-year-old male. Suspect left the residence. Investigation to continue.

•Addresses on the 4500 block of Lower River Road and the 700 block of Onondaga Street, separate AED response calls. Females at both locations taken to Mount St. Mary's.
