The Erie County Sheriff's Office reports its officers responded to 182 calls from Nov. 19 to 25. Below is a sampling of only those incidents the ECSO reported to the Island Dispatch.
Monday, Nov. 21
•Bush Road, warrant arrest - Following a traffic stop, deputies arrested a 32-year-old man from Buffalo after he was found to have a valid warrant from the City of Buffalo.
•Alvin Road, larceny - A complainant stated that sometime during the night someone stole a taillight from a vehicle on an automobile car lot.
•East River Road, larceny - A complainant stated that an unknown person stole a battery to a recreational vehicle. An investigation into the matter is ongoing.
Thursday, Nov. 24
•Baseline Road, suspicious person - A complainant stated that two suspicious males were seen behind the area of a fast food restaurant late at night. Deputies located the two males and advised them.
•Long Road, larceny - Several neighbors in the area of Long Road stated that someone stole various items from vehicles sometime during the night. An investigation into the matter is ongoing.
