Monday, Nov. 14

•Locations on the 2500 block of Upper Mountain Road and on the 200 block of Ridge Road, reports of one- and two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; two vehicles towed. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, alarm response at a bar restaurant. LPD assisted State Police on the call. One employee on location; all secure.

•Portage Road and Center Street, suspicious vehicle. Plate number logged; no problems reported.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, check welfare. No problems found.

Tuesday, Nov. 15

•300 block of Hawthorne Place, prowler complaint. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Negative results on the search.

•4000 block of Creek Road, harassment. Complainant to return at a later date.

•80 block of Expressway Village, arrest on warrant. Patrol reported the arrest of a 33-year-old male; charge(s) not specified. Arraignment held at Lewiston Town Court; bail set at $5,000/$10,000.

•400 block of Morgan Drive, burglary in progress. Statement taken from a 40-year-old male. Patrol cleared the home without incident. No sign of forced entry found. All items accounted for; patrol cleared.

•4000 block of Creek Road, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male. Complainant reported a male worker at the residence had stole a check and forged his name on it. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•4000 block of Creek Road, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 34-year-old male regarding a 34-year-old female. Complainant signed information and requested a restraining order. Report filed.

•4700 block of Lauren Court, shooter complaint. Issue resolved by patrol. Patrol cleared.

•2700 block of LaSalle Avenue, bench warrant arrest. Appearance ticket issued by Lewiston Town Court; a 36-year-old male was placed under arrest.

•Lewiston Town Court, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 34-year-old male. Arraignment held; bail assigned at $250/$500.

•5700 block of Lewiston Road, hit-run. Call handled by State Police.

•Black Nose Spring Road, DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 48-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. Driver arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; bail assigned at $250/$500. Twelve-hour hold placed on the vehicle. Report filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

•700 block of Mary Lane, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 35-year-old female regarding a female suspect.

•Lewiston Town Court, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 32-year-old female who had turned herself in. Charge(s) related to an earlier harassment complaint at Lewiston-Porter High School. Arraignment held and subject released on her own recognizance. Report filed.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, theft of services at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a male regarding a male who left with $40 worth of gas not paid for. Report filed.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, property damage accident. Vehicle struck a gas pump; plate number logged.

•Lewiston Road, reckless driver complaint. Plate number logged and area checked with negative results.

•3100 block of Lower Mountain Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a fire/EMS response.

Thursday, Nov. 17

•Saunders Settlement Road west of Mayflower Road, two-vehicle rollover. Statements taken from both drivers; no injuries and both vehicles towed. Report filed.

•2900 block of Niagara Street, landlord-tenant dispute. Patrol spoke with a 25-year-old female regarding a male.

•Unspecified location, possible illegal eviction. Unidentified subject advised the action was not an eviction. Individual advised to talk with family court.

•Upper Mountain Road, westbound, reckless driver. Patrol reported vehicle unknown and GOA.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, aggravated harassment. Statements taken from a 19-year-old female and a 24-year-old male regarding a 35-year-old male. Report filed.

•Unspecified location, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 35-year-old male from the above aggravated harassment complaint. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Friday, Nov. 18

•Robert Moses Parkway, hit-run accident. Patrol reported one vehicle in the northbound lane and the other fled the scene. Statement taken; investigation to continue.

•Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 32-year-old female; charge(s) unspecified. Suspect taken into custody and arraigned at Lewiston Town Court. No bail assigned pending an psychological evaluation.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, larceny. Statement taken from a female who reported medications were taken from a mailbox area. No suspect(s) listed. Report filed.

•4100 block of Calkins Road, follow-up. Statement taken from a female; report to follow.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, check welfare. Patrol spoke with a 43-year-old female regarding a female juvenile. No problems found; patrol cleared.

•900 block of Center Street, custody problem. Patrol spoke with a female who reported a male was not on location and in violation of a court order. Patrol's report to follow.

•Center Street, traffic stop/warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 22-year-old male, charge(s) unspecified, who was then transferred to custody of NCSO. Vehicle towed.

•800 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Patrol listed a 38-year-old female victim and a 40-year-old male suspect on the call. Patrol's report and Domestic Incident Report both filed.

Saturday, Nov. 19

•5300 block of Military Road, mental health response. Patrol reported a 30-year-old female was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Townline Road, mental health response. Patrol reported a 29-year-old male was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Cayuga Drive and Ridge Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; vehicle No. 1 towed. Report filed.

•1900 block of Swann Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 57-year-old female. Report filed.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, alarm response. LPD on location to assist State Police. All secure.

•4600 block of Perry Court, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 38-year-old male regarding a 15-year-old juvenile listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•3100 block of Sanders Settlement Road, Niagara County Community College, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a domestic.

•Ridge Road near Model City Road, vehicle check/felony DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 45-year-old male for felony driving while intoxicated. Suspect taken into custody; report filed.

Sunday, Nov. 20

•300 block of Merrie Road, loud party. Issues resolved by patrol.

•800 block of Center Street, fight at bar/restaurant. Patrol reported the arrest of a 24-year-old male on a disorderly conduct charge. Report filed.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane property damage accident. Statement taken from a 51-year-old male; vehicle towed. Patrol also responded to a loud party call at that address and checked it out with negative results.

•Lewiston Town Court, arraignment. Patrol reported the 45-year-old male from the Ridge-Model City roads felony DWI arrest was arraigned. Bail of $1,000/$2,000 assigned.

•300 block of Oneida Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 68-year-old female who reported obscene text messages.

•Ridge and Cliff roads, vehicle check. Patrol reported the arrest of a 27-year-old male on charges of second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding in zone. Arraignment held at Lewiston Town Court and $250 bail assigned. Report filed.
