The following activity occurred Monday, Sept. 26, to Sunday, Oct. 2, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 82 calls during this period.

Monday, Sept. 26

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, suspicious person. All OK; a dog was found walking around inside the building.

•Unspecified location, follow-up. Statement taken from a female regarding a larceny complaint.

•900 block of Ridge Road, check area. Caller reported Department of Transportation workers possibly fighting. Negative results on patrol's response.

•LPD office, lost wallet. Patrol spoke with a male.

•Niagara University, harassment. Statement taken from a 19-year-old female. Report filed.

•Dana Drive, larceny. Statement taken from a 44-year-old male who reported a grass catcher was stolen while he was cutting/servicing a lawn. Report filed.

•Locations on Military and Lewiston roads, Ridge and Model City roads, and on the 700 block of Mountain View Drive, reports of one- and two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from two drivers on Military Road, from one motorcyclist on Ridge Road, and one driver on Mountain View Drive who struck a parked vehicle. Reports filed.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

•Creek and Ridge roads, vehicle/traffic stop/K-9 search. Patrol reported the pullover of a 21-year-old male. LPD K-9 unit on location for a drug search. Drug paraphernalia found; negative results on drug search. Report filed.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 29-year-old male regarding a 49-year-old female. Report filed.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, custody dispute/unwanted person. Patrol reported the arrests of a 41-year-old male and a 24-year-old female on unauthorized possession of marijuana charges. Both issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•LPD office, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 47-year-old female; suspect unknown.

•Ransomville Road at Academy Street, Ransomville, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a possible mental health response.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, grand larceny. Statement taken from a 40-year-old female regarding a 38-year-old male suspect who was alleged to have taken $2,850 worth of items. Report filed.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

•Old Military Road, open door. Caller reported an open door on a construction trailer. Patrol secured.

•300 block of South Fourth Street, loud party. Patrol spoke with the party at the residence; patrol cleared.

•3100 block of Oak Avenue in Youngstown, burglary in progress. LPD assisted on the call. Negative results on the search.

•Lewiston and Military roads, two-car accident with injuries. Both drivers taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center; statements taken. Vehicles secured and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•90 block of Lake Street, domestic. Call handled by State Police; patrol cleared.

•North Fourth Street, suspicious person. Patrol advised two females in the area to obtain a permit.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, property dispute. Statement taken from a 48-year-old female regarding a 32-year-old female. Party left without incident.

•500 block of Tuscarora Street, custody problem. Statement taken from a 57-year-old male regarding a 30-year-old female. Report filed.

•5100 block of Lower River Road, one-vehicle accident. Driver taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, larceny. Election sign reported stolen; investigation to continue.

Thursday, Sept. 29

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check welfare. Female party reported OK.

•700 block of Ridge Road, dog bite. A 33-year-old female was treated at Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Report filed.

•Locations on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road and on Kline Road, separate reports of two-vehicle accidents. No injuries or tows. MV forms issued. Reports filed.

•200 block of Swann Road, check welfare. Statement taken from a 53-year-old male. Male party listed as a person involved was taken voluntarily Erie County Medical Center for a mental health evaluation.

•5800 block of Griffin Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 42-year-old male who reported seeing two males smash his mailbox with a bat and head northbound on Saunders Settlement Road in a grey Mitsubishi Eclipse two-door. Report filed.

Friday, Sept. 30

•Perry Court, alarm response. Patrol checked the residence; a dog was reported loose.

•2100 block of School House Road, check welfare. Patrol assisted a Lewiston-Porter School District official on the call. Child Protective Services contacted.

•2100 block of Ridge Road, property damage. Female reported a lawn decoration damaged overnight.

•Locations on Saunders Settlement and Chew roads and on North Ninth and Onondaga streets, separate two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from the drivers. No injuries, and vehicles towed on first call.

•220 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal mischief complaint. Investigation to continue.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health call. A 29-year-old female was voluntarily transported for treatment.

•5000 block of Woodland Drive, prowler complaint. A 53-year-old female stated that someone was pounding on her front door. Patrol spoke with the resident and searched the area with negative results.

Saturday, Oct. 1

•Ward Road, alarm response. Patrol spoke with a 36-year-old male. Building secure; alarm unavoidable. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Bridgeman roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported finding marijuana in the vehicle and arrested a 23-year-old male on said charge. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, burglary in progress. Patrol spoke with a 21-year-old female who reported that an unknown suspect attempted to enter the residence through a bottom floor window. No entry made; suspect GOA.

•4400 block of Townline Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 61-year-old male who reported a female he met on the Internet had stole his watch.

•Bond Lake Park, EMS response. Female party fell off a horse and was taken by Tri Community ambulance to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital, EM-Star larceny. Statement taken from a 23-year-old male who reported a wallet stolen from a bag while he was working. Report filed.

•4600 block of Creek Road, animal problem. Animals dispatched by patrol.

•400 block of Center Street, criminal mischief at a restaurant business. Statement taken from a 49-year-old male regarding an unknown suspect. Report filed.

•100 block of North Water Street, building check. Patrol found an open door and secured same.

Sunday, Oct. 2

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, attempt to locate. Female party reported a 16-yerar-old male was missing. Subject found at his girlfriend's house.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check welfare. Patrol spoke with a 59-year-old male listed as the complainant and a 35-year-old male listed as a person involved. Both parties reported as intoxicated. Person involved sleeping it off and leaving in the morning.

•Unspecified location, vehicle/traffic stop. Male party given a courtesy ride to a Hillside Drive address. Vehicle towed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 21-year-old female on charge of criminal mischief and public lewdness from an incident Sept. 29 at a gas/convenience business on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•Unspecified location, custody dispute/violation of a court order. Patrol spoke with a 56-year-old male regarding a 30-year-old female listed as a suspect.

•4600 block of Lower River Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 77-year-old male who reported car/mailbox damage. Suspect unknown; no report.

•Unspecified location, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrests of a 19-year-old male and two 18-year-old males on charges of possessing fake IDs from a September call of intoxicated persons at Niagara University. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Garlow and Mount Hope roads, suspicious vehicles. Patrol reported the arrests of a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, both on charged of unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
