The following activity occurred Monday, Aug. 22, to Sunday, Aug. 28, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 110 responses were logged by LPD during this period.

Monday, Aug. 22

•1100 block of Balmer Road, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a white Aztec in the area, possibly stealing scrap metal. Plate number logged.

•Unspecified location, warrant execution/vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported transferring a 37-year-old male to custody of New York State Police.

•2300 block of Printup Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 73-year-old male regarding a 44-year-old male listed as a suspect. Male advised to cease contact.

•900 block of Balmer Road, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for an unwanted party. Subject left in a taxi.

Tuesday, Aug. 23

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief complaint. Caller reported a dark-colored Mustang seen in the area and a house and vehicles were paintballed. Complainant cleaned off the mess and the vehicle was gone on patrol's arrival. Report filed.

•5000 block of Forrest Road, criminal mischief. Paintball damage to a vehicle reported; owner notified. A white Toyota was seen in the area and gone on patrol's arrival.

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief. Caller reported a house was paintballed; six shots of orange paint were fired over night.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 55-year-old female who reported unknown person(s) destroyed her mailbox overnight. Report filed.

•Portage Road and Seneca Street, checkpoint. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Evidence secured and logged; report filed.

•Center Street, found property. Patrol reported a red wallet found. A 21-year-old female was listed. Report filed.

•Cayuga and Ninth streets, vehicle check. Patrol listed a 55-year-old male as a suspect; violation not specified. Uniform traffic tickets issued and vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed.

•Upper Mountain and Green roads, assist. Patrol reported an intoxicated driver; passenger transported to an address on the 5000 block of Susies Lane.

•Upper Mountain and Green roads, assist. Patrol assisted on a call of a motorcycle refusing to stop; response listed as a vehicle accident/fatality. Upper Mountain and Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire companies and NCSO all on location.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, AED response. Patrol reported a 45-year-old male as highly intoxicated. Lewiston No. 1 on location; subject refused treatment. Patrol transported him to an address on the 900 block of Mohawk Street.

•Upper Mountain and Indian Hill roads, accident. A 46-year-old male was taken via MercyFlight to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo. Report filed.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

•600 block of North Ridge Drive, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 74-year-old male regarding a 66-year-old male.

•800 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 48-year-old male regarding a female. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Baker Drive, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 26-year-old male. Report filed.

•500 block of Mountain View Drive, larceny. Golf cart reported stolen. A 46-year-old male was listed in the report.

•5700 block of Griffin Street, burglary. A 62-year-old male was listed as the victim/complainant; $1,200 in cash reported as stolen. NCSO ID unit called to the scene.

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, mental health check. Male party stated he was going to harm himself, his family and police. Niagara Falls Police advised as the male lives in Niagara Falls.

Thursday, Aug. 25

•100 block of Water Street, juvenile problem. Juveniles knocking on a door of a business. Patrol cleared.

•5200 block of Walmore Road, unwanted person. State Police handled the call.

•500 block of Tuscarora Street, harassment. Statement taken from a 16-year-old male juvenile regarding a male. Patrol interviewed all parties involved. Complaint unfounded and no crime committed. Patrol cleared.

Friday, Aug. 26

•Fifth and Center streets, noise complaint. Male complaint reported another male was putting holes into newly paved streets.

•5100 block of Townline Road, missing person. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a 17-year-old female juvenile listed as missing and possibly at a Buffalo address. Subject entered into PINS database via NCSO.

•400 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 26-year-old male who alleged two unknown females took a deposit envelope containing $700. Subjects' names, vehicle or number unknown.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. A 55-year-old male and a 48-year-old male were listed as persons involved. Patrol advised both parties to refrain from contact.

•Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter School District parking lot, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a 31-year-old female regarding a 47-year-old male. No charges desired, just complaint documented. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, criminal mischief complaint. Patrol spoke with a 46-year-old male; no charges wished.

Saturday, Aug. 27

•Center Street-Lewiston Road area, attempt to locate. Patrol reported the pullover of a vehicle. Uniform traffic ticket (unspecified) issued and vehicle towed.

•Cayuga and South Sixth streets, suspicious persons. Patrol reported the arrests of juveniles - two 17-year-old males and one 16-year-old male. Charges not listed. Appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court issued and subjects released to their parents. Report filed.

•North Fourth Street, harassment. Statements taken from two females, both age 20 years old, regarding harassment. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. No injuries or tows; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 44-year-old female regarding a 55-year-old male. No charges wished by complainant, just the incident documented.

•Lake Street, Wilson, assist. LPD requested to assist NCSO on a vehicle pursuit. NCSO called off pursuit as vehicle was traveling at speeds in excess of 100 mph. Plate number logged.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, unwanted party. Patrol listed a 59-year-old male, a 54-yrear-old female and another female as persons involved. The two females stated they were leaving for the evening. Report filed.

•South Fourth and Center streets, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 74-year-old male regarding a vandalized vehicle. Report filed.

Sunday, Aug. 28

•300 block of South Seventh Street, injured person. A 20-year-old male was found with a laceration to the head. Lewiston No. 1 on location and treated.

•600 block of Scovell Drive, criminal mischief. Patrol advised that mail from the address was found scattered on the street. Multiple mailbox doors on the block found open.

•600 block of Scovell Drive, recovered property. A 55-year-old male reported recovering a blue and silver Mongoose bike in the front ditch. Report filed.

•4300 block of Autumn Lane, hit-run accident. Statement taken from a 25-year-old male who reported discovering the damage in the morning. MV form issued; report filed. Patrol later reported a 26-year-old male who left the scene had completed an accident report. Report filed.

•100 block of South Fifth Street, check welfare at a bed and breakfast. Female owner located by patrol; All OK.

•600 block of Morgan Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 32-year-old male who reported two unknown charges to her credit card. Report filed.

•2000 block of Ridge Road, burglary. Statement taken from 52-year-old male who reported an unknown person stole a computer from the residence. Nothing else moved or taken. Report filed.

•4800 block of Creek Road, recovered property. Statement taken from a 64-year-old male who reported two juveniles were observed pushing bicycles into the weeds and then were picked up in a red van. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a 16-year-old male juvenile. Patrol reports finding two broken screens on the property. Report filed.
