Monday, Aug. 1

•Robert Moses Parkway, attempt to locate an intoxicated driver. State Parks Police handled the call.

•Lewiston sand docks, youths swimming in the river. Patrol removed youths from the area.

•900 block of Center Street, shoplifter complaint. Patrol spoke with a female; suspect unknown.

•Lewiston Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 29-year-old female; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•4100 block of Calkins Road, unwanted party. A 46-year-old female was listed as a victim and a 48-year-old male was listed as a suspect.

•900 block of Center Street, harassment. Statement taken from a 64-year-old male. No further details.

Tuesday, Aug. 2

•4500 block of Washington Drive, loud party. Handled by patrol.

•4500 block of Williams Road, suspicious person. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

•Village locations, 27 open container violations/arrests. Locations included: the Village Red Brick School municipal parking lot on North Fourth Street; Center and Fourth streets; Cayuga and Fourth streets; South Eighth Street (eight arrests); the 700 block of Center Street; Tuscarora Street; South Seventh Street; Cayuga Street; Fourth and Tuscarora streets; South Eighth and Onondaga streets; South Fourth and Seneca streets and one location unspecified. Arrested were: a 48-year-old female; a 54-year-old male (both were also cited for criminal possession of marijuana, fifth degree); a 37-year-old male; a female (no age listed); a 50-year-old male; a 44-year-old male; a 23-year-old male; a 39-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 43-year-old female; a 25-year-old female; a 24-year-old male; a 44-year-old male; a 27-year-old male; a 30-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 61-year-old male; a 34-year-old male; a 41-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 40-year-old male; a 39-year-old male; a 31-year-old female; a 31-year-old male; a 53-year-old male; and a 29-year-old male. •Unspecified location, Leandra's Law felony arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 53-year-old male. No further details.

•700 block of Pletcher Road, reckless drivers. Motorcycles in the area gone on patrol's arrival.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a female; no report requested, just extra patrols in the area.

•300 block of South Second Street, disturbing the peace. Handled by patrol.

•400 block of South Fourth Street, assist. LPD on location at Artpark with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for an arrest. No further details.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

•5500 block of Center Street, public lewdness arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male (no age listed). Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•500 block of Walmore Road, found property/suspicious item. A 61-year-old male reported finding a shotgun and pills in a trailer. Property taken and receipt issued.

•Portage Road and Cayuga Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reports citing three males, two age 22 years old and one age 21, on violations of alcohol consumption in a motor vehicle. Uniform traffic tickets issued. Report filed.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 61-year-old male; report filed.

•Academy Park, suspicious vehicle. Driver found sleeping inside. Plate number logged. No further details.

•700 block of Ridge Road, theft. Statement taken from a 48-year-old male regarding items taken from a tractor. Vehicle moved by patrol to another location.

•Village locations, seven open container violations arrests. Locations included: Center and North Third streets (four arrests) South Fifth and Seneca streets and South Third and Tuscarora streets. Arrested were: a 22-year-old male; a 23-year-old female; a 21-year-old male; a 23-year-old male; a 29-year-old male a 31-year-old male and a 25-year-old male. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, suspicious person. Subject had permit to sell books; patrol advised that sales are limited to daylight hours.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle check. Patrol reports a taxi was contacted to transport five individuals home. Twelve-hour hold placed on the vehicle.

•Lewiston Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, disturbing the peace. All parties left.

Thursday, Aug. 4

•700 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. Patrol listed a 20-year-old female as a victim and a 22-year-old male as a suspect. Male give a courtesy ride to a Hyde Park Boulevard address. No charges lodged. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•Village locations, three open container violations/arrests. Locations included the 100 block of Center Street and on North Fifth Street. Arrested were a 22-year-old male, a 25-year-old female and a 25-year-old male. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•300 block of Mohawk Street, suspicious person. Patrol reported a male had a permit revoked by the Village of Lewiston. Subject advised.

•Youngstown Yacht Club, Youngstown, boat on fire. NCSO handled the call. U.S. Coast Guard on location.

•400 block of North Second Street, intoxicated person. Caller reported a female screaming in the roadway. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

•North Ninth and Oneida streets, domestic. Call handled by NCSO.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny. Patrol reported the arrest of a 40-year-old male. Suspect located by NCSO on Walmore Road driving a vehicle. Suspect detained and taken into custody by LPD on said charge. A quantity of beer reported as stolen was returned to the business. Report filed.

•Artpark lower lot, picnic area, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 21-year-old male for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•Artpark, lawn seating area, K-9 search/arrest. Patrol reported the arrests of a 19-year-old male and an 18-year-old male for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•South Fourth Street entrance to Artpark, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•North Water Street, arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a 21-year-old male and a 24-year-old male for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Friday, Aug. 5

•Water and Center streets, loud party. Patrol reports the music was turned off and the party left.

•3800 block of Lower River Road, burglary in progress. Patrol reported the residence was secured and no items found missing. NCSO to handle the report.

•200 block of Cayuga Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 22-year-old male who reported a camera was stolen while he was having a drinking party. Report filed.

•Eddy Drive West at Northridge Drive, juvenile problems. Several youths found in the roadway were advised.

•1800 block of Langdon Road, property dispute. Patrol spoke with a 49-year-old male and a 44-year-old female.

Saturday, Aug. 6

•Swann Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported a K-9 search on the vehicle. A 20-year-old female was transferred to custody of her parents.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, possible assault at a gas-convenience business. Patrol reported a 25-year-old male was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Center Street, fight outside a bar/restaurant. Patrol spoke with a 24-year-old male who reports being struck in the face. Victim taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS. Investigation to continue.

•5300 block of Bridgeman Road, aggravated harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a 60-year-old male who received a threatening phone call. Investigation to continue. LPD determined it was a prank and advised juveniles.

•400 block of Creek Road, officer requested. A 64-year-old male complainant reported trees being trimmed by a 45-year-old male.

•1110 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. A neighbor was reported as video- taping the property line. Resolved by patrol.

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person located. Patrol reported an elderly male was found hiding in the bushes by a 47-year-old female complainant. An elderly female was listed as a person involved. No charges wished at this time.

Sunday, Aug. 7

•500 block of Walmore Road, property dispute. Patrol spoke with a 29-year-old female who reported a 30-year-old male listed as her husband had damaged their vehicle. Patrol advised it was marital property.

•Military and Lewiston roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported a 19-year-old male was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued and vehicle released to the driver's parents. Report filed.

•Ninth and Center streets, DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 62-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .17 of 1 percent of alcohol. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, larceny at a nursing home. LPD attempting to contact the complainant.

•600 block of River Road in North Tonawanda, assist. LPD assisted North Tonawanda Police on a track of a suspect in a boat yard. Several photos of evidence located. Patrol cleared the call.
