The following activity occurred Monday, July 25, to Sunday, July 31, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD responded to a total of 121 calls during this period.

Monday, July 25

•500 block of Oxbow Lane, check situation/possible underage drinking. No parties reported on location; patrol cleared.

•700 block of Center Street, property check. Open door found at a business. Owner on scene reported nothing appeared to be missing.

•200 block of Lockport Street, hold-up alarm. Patrol reported an accidental trip; all secure. Report filed.

•5800 block of Ward Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 46-year-old male; suspect unidentified. Patrol made contact with the subject over the phone and advised against contact with the victim.

•90 block of Lake Street in Youngstown, warrant execution. Patrol attempted to serve a warrant on a 46-year-old male with negative results.

•300 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, warrant execution. Patrol reports serving a warrant execution on the 46-year-old male from the above call. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

•Lewiston sand docks, check welfare. Patrol reports advising juveniles about swimming at the location.

Tuesday, July 26

•300 block of Elm Street, check 911 call. Caller reported hearing shots fired prior to patrol's arrival. No one reported injured. Report filed with NCSO.

•4600 block of Lower River Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with parties involved.

•Village locations, 31 open container violations/arrests. Locations included: South Eighth Street (nine separate arrests); the 700 block of Center Street; the 400 block of Center Street; Seneca Street (five separate arrests); North Fifth Street; Cayuga Street (three separate arrests); Portage Road; and Cayuga Drive and Ridge Road. Arrested were: a 29-year-old male; a 21-year-old male; a 23-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 22-year-old male; a 45-year-old female; a 42-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 53-year-old female; a 26-year-old female; a 24-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 31-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 42-year-old male; a 51-year-old male; a 25-year-old male; a 31-year-old male; a 29-year-old female; a 40-year-old female; a 41-year-old male; a 48-year-old male; a 41-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 25-year-old male; a 23-year-old male; a 23-year-old male and a 25-year-old male. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Separate reports filed.

•South Fourth Street, public lewdness. Patrol reported the arrest of a 34-year-old male. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•100 block South Water Street, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 54-year-old female regarding a male who was placed under arrest for second-degree harassment. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Fourth and Center streets, disorderly conduct. Male advised by patrol.

•Ridge and Cliff roads, vehicle/traffic check. A 16-year-old male was issued uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2500 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, unwanted party. Patrol handled the call; party advised not to return.

•200 block of Portage Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

Wednesday, July 27

•Black Nose Spring Road, one vehicle rollover. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•400 block of Garden Lane, juvenile problem. Subjects advised and went inside for the night.

•4200 block of Williams Road, attempted stolen vehicle. Plate number logged; NCSO ID unit on location. Report filed.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, burglary. Statement taken from a 41-year-old male who reported a six-wheel ATV was stolen from the back garage overnight. NCSO ID unit on location. Report filed.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, aggravated harassment. Patrol left a message on a male suspect's phone, advising him to stop calling.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, domestic. Patrol listed a 51-year-old male as a suspect and a 46-year-old male as a victim. Parties separated for the night.

Thursday, July 28

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, domestic. Statement taken from a 33-year-old female victim/complainant regarding a 29-year-old male suspect. Male alleged to have punched female in the eye and left prior to patrol's arrival. Warrant requested. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, burglary. Statement taken from a 26-year-old male who reported a computer was stolen off the porch overnight. Report filed.

•Garlow Road, officer requested. Patrol reported two male subjects, ages 22 and 23-year-old old were involved on a call of metal fence taken from New York State Power Authority property. The 22-year-old male was cited for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation; uniform traffic ticket issued with return Lewiston Town Court date. The 23-year-old male was advised to return the property, per a NYPA sergeant. Report filed.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, search warrant execution. Patrol responded on the call with the NCSO Drug Task Force. Multiple marijuana plants seized from the premises.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Patrol spoke with a male regarding an unknown suspect.

•3500 block of Porter Center Road, domestic. NSCO handled the report.

Friday, July 29

•100 block of South Water Street, larceny. Patrol reported five male juveniles detained; charges include grand larceny, resisting arrest and criminal trespass. Three males, one 18 years old and two 17-year-olds were arrested on charges of stealing a wooden bear from the location. State Police to handle two arrests. Report filed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, check situation. Patrol spoke with a 25-year-old female regarding an argument with the neighbors. All OK.

•900 block of Center Street, bad check complaint. Patrol spoke with a female regarding a male; investigation to continue.

•2700 block of Moore Road, property dispute. Statement taken from a female who reported her ex removed a boat and trailer from the side yard. Combined value, approximately $4,000. Report filed.

•4500 block of Model City Road, fraud complaint. Unidentified complainant lost a credit card in Wheatfield. NCSO handled the call.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Patrol spoke with a male listed as the manager. No charges wished; no vehicle information provided.

Saturday, July 30

•400 block of Harper Drive, attempt to locate/missing person. Patrol spoke with a male regarding a male listed as missing. Report filed with NCSO for missing person.

•2100 block of Florence Drive, fraud complaint. Female complainant wished to advise patrol that she received three phone calls from a man in Jamaica claiming she had won money. The complainant furnished no information to the individual.

•400 block of Center Street, larceny. Complainant reported that unknown persons took a chair from a business.

•2600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. No injuries or tows and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•4500 block of Simmons Road, attempt to locate female. Caller reported a female came to the door stating that she had been tossed out of a vehicle. Patrol checked the area with negative results.

Sunday, July 31

•North Seventh and Center streets, intoxicated male. Patrol reported a male, intoxicated, was lying in the street sleeping. Patrol gave the subject a ride home to an East Avenue residence in Youngstown.

•100 block of Water Street, loud party. Patrol listed a 31-year-old female and a 27-year-old female as suspects. Both placed under arrest on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. No further details. Report filed.

•Water Street, juvenile complaint. Patrol reported teens swimming in the water; subjects advised to leave.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, assault. Statement taken from a 64-year-old female; a 37-year-old female was listed as a victim and a 41-year-old female was listed as a suspect. Suspect reportedly stabbed the victim twice with a pair of scissors. Victim transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment of puncture wounds and released to a parent. Suspect placed under arrest and charged. No further details. Report filed.
