Team Fierce voted No. 1 by Chuck Norris

Presti Karate's Demo team "Team Fierce" was voted No. 1 by Chuck Norris, his wife Gena, his brother Aaron, and famed stunt man Richard Norton on July 15 in Las Vegas.

The team was asked to perform at the opening of the fighting competition on Sunday.

This team has 11 travel team members from ages 10 to 23. Members are coaches Shannon Myers, 17 and Greg Bullock, 18; and members Carly Presti, 10; Britini D'Angelo, 13; Kaloni Plut, 21; T.J. Williams, 23; Philip D'Angelo, 14; Amber Denman, 19; Jordon D'Angelo, 12; Joe Gizzarelli, 17; and Adrian Adamus, 13.

Presti Karate won more events than any other school in Las Vegas, Last weekend, nine members of Presti Karate won in 23 divisions.

Amber Denman won first place in women's fighting, and second place in women's team fighting; Carly Presti, third in kata and second in weapons kata; Gregory Bullock, first in fighting, kata and weapons; Shannon Myers, first in weapons and second in kata; Kaloni Plut, second in women's team fighting, third in fighting, second in weapons, second in kata; Britini D'Angelo, first in fighting, weapons and kata; Jordan D'Angelo, second in fighting, second in kata; Adrian Adamus, first in weapons, third in kata; and Philip D'Angelo, first in weapons, third in kata and third in fighting.

Adrian Adamus suffered bruised ribs and couldn't complete his fight. Amber Denman suffered a dislocated jaw in her last fight, and Carly Presti suffered a rolled ankle in her last fight.
