The following activity occurred Monday, June 27, to Sunday, July 3, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD recorded 125 responses during this period.

Monday, June 27

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, aggravated harassment. Statements taken from a 22-year-old female victim and a female suspect (no age listed). Victim reportedly received several unwanted text messages. Both parties advised to refrain from contact.

•LPD office, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 44-year-old female. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, counterfeit currency. Complainant stated she would recontact LPD.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, unwanted party. Statement taken from a female regarding a male involved and a male suspect. Male involved left without incident and male suspect advised not to return. Patrol returned to the address later on follow-up to the same complaint involving the parties.

•100 block of South Water Street, unwanted person. A 27-year-old male listed as a suspect left the area. All otherwise OK.

Tuesday, June 28

•Onondaga and North Seventh streets, juvenile problem. Patrol reported seven juveniles on their way home; all OK.

•500 block of Susies Lane, attempted suicide. Patrol reported a female reported as overdosed with cuts to hers wrists was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Tri-Community Ambulance responders.

•900 block of Balmer Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a domestic call. Male party left without incident.

•West Street and Saunders Settlement Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. No injuries/tows; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•900 block of Escarpment Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 61-year-old male; report filed.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, two-vehicle accident-arrest. Statements taken from both drivers; LPD reported the arrest of a 28-year-old female for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Vehicle No. 1 towed; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Village locations, 22 arrests for open container violations. Locations included South Eighth Street; South Fourth Street; North Water Street; South Third Street; South Fourth Street; North Fourth and Ridge streets; and four locations unspecified. Arrested were: a 19-year-old male; a 22-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 20-year-old male; a 48-year-old female; a 53-year-old male; a 25-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 21-year-old male; a 40-year-old male; a 42-year-old female; a 24-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 25-year-old male; a 17-year-old male; and three females and one male, ages unspecified. All suspects issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Separate reports filed.

•Lewiston Road, hill area, two separate responses. Patrol on location for a reckless driver, followed by an intoxicated person call. Both calls handled without problem.

•Ridge and Creek roads, assist. Patrol on location with State Police on an attempt to locate. Subject gone on arrival.

Wednesday, June 29

•South Eighth and Cayuga streets, check-the-welfare. Caller reported an intoxicated male; no problems found.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop-DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 21-year-old for driving while intoxicated. Bail of $250 assigned and 12-hour hold placed on vehicle. Report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from an elderly female regarding male. Report filed.

•Niagara university campus, bad check/fraud complaint. Statement taken from a 23-year-old male; suspect unknown.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street. Domestic complaint taken at the Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co.; a 23-year-old female was listed. Patrol's investigation and report to follow.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, burglary. Patrol spoke with an elderly male; suspect unknown.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny report at a pharmacy. Statement taken from a 49-year-old female. An unknown white male was listed as a suspect. Investigation to continue.

•1700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, custody problem, two calls. Statement taken from a 27-year-old female regarding a 30-year-old female. Patrol returned to the location later regarding a violation of a court order complaint. Child Protection Services notified for an evaluation.

•200 block of South Seventh Street, overdose/mental health problem. A 30-year-old female was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co.

•500 block of Center Street, alarm response at a bank branch. All secure.

Thursday, June 30

•1100 block of Swann Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 44-year-old male and a male (no age listed).

•400 block of Calkins Road, menacing complaint. Statement taken from a 51-year-old male regarding a 33-year-old male.

•900 block of Escarpment Drive, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a 61-year-old male who reported a verbal argument with an individual over a dog left in a vehicle.

•North Eighth Street and Oxbow Lane, suspicious persons. Patrol reported the individuals located had a permit.

Friday, July 1

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, hit-run. Call handled by State Police; patrol cleared.

•NU campus, DOT building, lost/stolen cell phone. Statement taken from a 54-year-old male; report filed.

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person. Caller reported a male driving an old gray vehicle going door to door, asking about kids. Patrol unable to locate.

•4400 block of Creek Road, criminal mischief. Complainant reported an unknown person egged the home and a vehicle.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, aggravated harassment. Patrol has an ongoing check for the suspect. Investigation to continue.

•5900 block of Tuscarora Road, domestic incident. Statement taken from a 41-year-old female regarding a 41-year-old male suspect. Male was taken to a hotel for the night. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•Locations on the 4000 block of Dickersonville Road and on Indian Hill Road, separate one-vehicle accidents. Reports taken and vehicles towed. Reports filed.

Saturday, July 2

•90 block of Lake Street in Youngstown, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO for intoxicated partiers.

•Tuscarora Street, DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 38-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Bail of $250 assigned and vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed. Report filed.

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, assault. Male victim reported a male suspect and three other unidentified males punched and kicked him while he was on the group. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Tryon Drive, suspicious person. Individuals to obtain valid town permit to sell raffle tickets.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male; report filed.

•Creek Road Extension and Cayuga Drive, vehicle/traffic-DWI stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 33-year-old male for driving while intoxicated and related charges. Blood Alcohol Content testing performed; BAC result, .16 of 1 percent of alcohol. Vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed.

Sunday, July 3

•1700 block of Main Street in Niagara Falls, fight. Multi-agency response to assist Niagara Falls Police Department.

•4300 block of Isherwood Drive, possible intoxicated female on a vehicle. Patrol assisted NCSO on the call.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, intoxicated female. Patrol reported the woman had an active case from Town of Niagara Court. Subject transferred to custody of NCSO.

•Lewiston Landing, recovered remains. State Police to investigate; report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, missing person complaint. Statement taken from a 62-year-old female; a 68-year-old male was listed as involved and a 69-year-old male was listed as missing. Report filed.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, custody problem. A 42-year-old female reported her child had not been returned at the designated time. A 25-year-old male was listed.

•Oriole Lane, mental health response. Patrol reported a 37-year-old female was taken voluntarily to NFMMC via Rural Metro ambulance.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted subject. A 47-year-old male was listed as a suspect and a vehicle with Florida registration was towed from the location. Report filed.
