The following activity occurred Monday, June 20, to Sunday, June 26, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD responded to a total of 146 incidents during this period.

Monday, June 20

•Hillshire and Creek roads, suspicious item. Patrol located one black bag full of cut grass; no other problems reported.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a female regarding an incident that occurred at the Lew-Port School District; male suspect identified. Investigation to continue.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Complainant advised to contact Niagara Falls Police Department as the incident occurred in Niagara Falls.

•LPD office, reckless driver complaint. Statement taken from a 74-year-old male. Plate number logged. Investigation to continue.

•LPD office, trespass complaint. Patrol spoke with a male regarding another male. Call handled by patrol.

•Upper Mountain Road, roadside domestic incident near a gas/convenience business. Patrol located a vehicle involved in an earlier roadside domestic in North Tonawanda. Call handled by Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•LPD office, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a 42-year-old female and listed two female juveniles in its report.

•5000 block of Forest Road, attempted fraud. Patrol spoke with a female who reported an unknown suspect in Brooklyn attempted to open a credit card in her name. Investigation to continue.

•6600 block of Errick Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 16-year-old male juvenile from an earlier incident. No further details.

Tuesday, June 21

•5800 block of North Kline Road, check-the-situation. Patrol spoke with a 22-year-old male and reported all OK.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, possible intoxicated driver. Patrol obtained the license number and checked the area. Vehicle located at a residence. Patrol cleared.

•700 block of Center Street, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•43 arrests for open container violations. Locations on Tuscarora and South Seventh Street; South First Street; South Fourth and Seneca streets; the 300 block of Niagara Street; the 400 block of Tuscarora Street; Cayuga and South Seventh streets; South Fourth and Cayuga streets; the 700 block of Cayuga Street; South Fourth and Plain streets; Center and South Third streets; South Fourth and Tuscarora streets; South Fourth Street; South Seventh Street; Cayuga Street; the 700 block of Center Street; South Sixth and Cayuga streets; South Third Street; South First and Tuscarora streets; South Third and Tuscarora streets; and South Second and Seneca streets. Patrol reported the arrests of the following: a 32-year-old male; a 22-year-old male; a 26-year-old male; a 39-year-old female; a 52-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 62-year-old male; a 21-year-old male; a 21-year-old male; a 24-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 38-year-old male; a 27-year-old male; a 45-year-old male; a 53-year-old female; a 25-year-old male; a 24-year-old female; a 24-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 52-year-old male; a 53-year-old male; a 27-year-old male; an 18-year-old male; an 18-year-old male; a 27-year-old female; a 29-year-old male; a 33-year-old male; a 17-year-old male; a 22-year-old male; a 31-year-old female; a 24-year-old male; a 33-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 19-year-old male; a 29-year-old male; a 23-year-old male; a 62-year-old male; a 56-year-old female; a 30-year-old male; and a 28-year-old male. All suspects issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Separate reports filed.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 21-year-old female regarding a female suspect. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges. Patrol advised the suspect to stop calling.

•Mohawk and North Fifth streets, check welfare on a report of two women arguing. Patrol reported one female in an argument with her boyfriend on the phone. Patrol cleared the call.

Wednesday, June 22

•2700 block of Saunders Settlement Road alarm responses (two calls). Patrol reported finding an open door on its first response and conducted a K-9 unit search on the second response. Building secured and key holder notified.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, K-9 searches conducted. No further details.

•400 block of Riverview Drive, two alarm responses. Patrol assisted State Police on both calls; homeowner on location. Patrol cleared.

•2000 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary. Patrol listed a 21-year-old male as a victim. Patrol reported unknown persons had entered a building and appeared to be using illegal drugs. Report filed.

•700 block of Scovell Drive, larceny. Statement taken from a 46-year-old female who reported unknown persons stole two bicycles. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a 20-year-old male regarding a 27-year-old female. Report filed.

•100 block of South Seventh Street, neighbor problem. Statement taken from a 31-year-old male regarding a 64-year-old male listed as a suspect. Second-degree harassment and second-degree menacing charges listed; no further details. Report filed.

•500 block of Tuscarora Street, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female regarding an unidentified juvenile suspect. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check welfare. Male party listed; State Police handled the call.

Thursday, June 23

•Center and South Seventh streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 30-year-old female for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and related charges. Uniform traffic tickets issued with Lewiston Town Court date. Twelve-hour hold placed on vehicle; report filed.

•Ridge and Model City roads, attempt to locate. Patrol located a truck and advised its driver of a leak.

•200 block of South Second Street, custody dispute. Patrol spoke with a 34-year-old female who stated her ex did not return her three children at the scheduled court-appointed time. Report filed.

•900 block of Orchard Drive, aggravated harassment/burglary. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a 45-year-old male. Report filed.

•Model City Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol listed two males on the call; no problems found.

Friday, June 24

•100 block of South Seventh Street, follow-up. Patrol on follow-up to a neighbor problem reported the arrest of a 64-year-old male on second-degree harassment and second-degree menacing. Suspect released on appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Pletcher Road, suspicious males. Patrol encountered two 16-year-old male juveniles with a red Roadmaster bike and a pink scooter. Subjects reported they left a friend's house and were heading home.

•Artpark, suspicious males. Patrol reported a 19-year-old male, an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old male. Subjects interviewed and released to go home.

•800 block of James Drive, suspicious vehicle/attempted suicide. Patrol reported encountering a 17-year-old female with cut wrists in a vehicle. Subject taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Lewiston Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•5000 block of Susie's Lane, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a 24-year-old female regarding a 41-year-old male. Suspect gone on arrival.

•Ridge Road, criminal mischief. A 32-year-old female reported on an incident involving a City of Lockport garbage truck. Report to follow.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, lost property. An elderly male reports that he lost his .22 cal. pistol within the last 15 years.

•3400 block of Ransomville Road, attempted burglary at a pharmacy. Patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office in locating the suspect.

•5200 block of Bridgeman Road, violation of probation. Patrol assisted Niagara County Probation in the arrest of a 44-year-old male. Appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court issued to the suspect. Report filed.

Saturday, June 25

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 23-year-old male on DWI related charges. Driver taken to State Police Substation for Blood Alcohol Content testing; results unavailable. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured.

•Indian Hill Road, suspicious person. A 22-year-old female was reported walking in traffic. Subject located and given ride to Town of Niagara Police Department.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, check-the-situation at a bar/restaurant involving a fight with females. Patrol spoke with a 20-year-old female and a 21-year-old female. Investigation to continue.

•700 block of Center Street, shoplifter/larceny at a retail business. Unidentified suspect reportedly took $75.92 worth of diapers. Investigation to continue.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, suspicious person. Complainant reported two black males in the area soliciting. Patrol unable to locate.

•400 block of Morgan Drive, larceny complaint. Patrol spoke with a female complainant; no further details. On the same call, patrol reported the arrest of a female on DWI-related charges. Patrol awaiting test results. No further details.

Sunday, June 26

•5100 block of Townline Road, roadside domestic incident. Patrol spoke with a 25-year-old female regarding a 30-year-old male. Domestic incident report filed.

•5100 block of Townline Road, disorderly conduct. Patrol reported the arrest of a 24-year-old male on a charge of fighting in the street. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2500 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted party. Patrol reported an intoxicated female was left at a party without a ride home. NCSO handled the call and patrol cleared without incident.

•2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male from an earlier shoplifting complaint at a retail business on the 700 block of Center Street. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court.

•1000 block of Escarpment Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male who reported an unknown suspect threw paint on his vehicle overnight.

•5700 block of Buffalo Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 47-year-old male who reported an unknown suspect took his lawn ornament.
