NU Recreation Department hosts 'Winter Wonderland Youth Camp' Dec. 27-31

Niagara University's recreation department is now accepting registrations for its "Winter Wonderland Youth Camp," which will be held Dec. 27-31 at the university's Kiernan Center. Geared toward children ages 6-12, campers will have the opportunity to spend the final week of 2010 participating in a number of exciting activities, including swimming, arts and crafts, games, and several winter-related activities.

Campers may register for either full or half (four hours) days for the entire week. The cost to register for a week of full days is $100 and $50 for half days. Pre-registration is required, at which time fees must be paid in full. The deadline to register is Monday, Dec. 20.

The camp will run daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. while extended care services will be provided from 7:30 until 9 a.m. and 3 to 5:30 p.m. for an additional fee.

Participating children should bring a lunch and snacks, as food will not be provided.
