Primetime culinary travelogue currently airs Fridays at 8

Midway through the first season, Food Network announced today it has picked up 13 additional episodes of new primetime series "Ginormous Food." The show stars comedian and food fanatic Josh Denny, who travels the country tasting the greatest and biggest dishes, while learning about the amazing stories and people behind them.

"The series launched to tremendous response from our viewers, so Josh Denny is packing up his suitcase and hitting the road to sample more audaciously big, mouthwatering dishes that you will have to see to believe," said Didi O'Hearn, senior vice president of programming, Food Network and Cooking Channel.

To date, nearly 7.6 million people have tuned into "Ginormous Food," with the first two episodes posting gains of 64 percent and 31 percent vs. YAGO among core-demo audiences (P25-54) and millennials (P25-34) respectively.
