Fri, Oct 14th 2016 05:50 pm

Peggy Will, Chris Sipson, Ellie Robinson, Paul Sipson and Margie Tyrell of Trinity United Methodist Church are pictured (from left) making apple pies, which are made and quickly frozen, to be sold in the baked goods booth at the 2016 Trinity Fall Festival, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22.

The event will be a veritable "Taste of Trinity," with pulled pork, chicken wings, mac and cheese, sausages, hot dogs, soups, chili and more available. Eat-in or takeout will be available.

A basket auction will include gift certificates from local restaurants and businesses, a dessert-a-month basket, firewood, quilts, authentic player piano rolls, and a variety of other baskets.

Kids can come between 1 and 3 p.m. for trunk-or-treat, and face painting and pumpkin painting. (Contributed photo)
