First Niagara branches are about to officially transition to become KeyBank.
Jodi Johnston, director of corporate media relations for First Niagara Financial Group, said, "KeyBank is taking extra steps to help colleagues joining the team from First Niagara to have a complete and comfortable understanding of KeyBank process - and to assist in making this transition a seamless one for our customers. The "Branch Buddy" program is taking effect, in which more than 600 KeyBank employees will support our new colleagues during the conversion."
